I got an oil change for my car. Everything was fine and it was done in a timely fashion. They saw that the air filter and everything else was good in my car. That was the first time in a couple years that I went there. It happened 6 days ago. Nice job there.

I am a fan of Jiffy Lube. I had to switch locations from W. Liberty Ave. in the city and come all the way to Aspen wall to get better service and they also let me know the last time I was there why I couldn’t receive an oil change because a seal was missing prior to I was going to W. Liberty Ave. for six months and they never told me about any problem it’s the location for me that I appreciate

Just rode in and wasn’t sure if I could have my oils change. It was done with no problem. I even found out I have two filters that needed changed in my car. Great service, great knowledge given about my car to me, nicest guy

Service was great! Every was so professional and kind. I was in and out in 15 minutes and it was a Saturday with no appointment. All of the members who helped worked very well and efficiently together.

I went in for an oil change today and the employees/service was great. My car was ready to go in no time, and I even had a coupon to make my experience more affordable. 10/10 would recommend.

Customer service at the Aspinwall Jiffy Lube store was superb today! The female manager and the staff of women represent your organization well. There is one man they called Bill that works there , but I cannot include him. His customer service is the total opposite and it throws a damper on what the women bring to this atmosphere. What a pleasure it was to see the women shine the way these women did. Put them on billboards and draw more women to your services.

Reliable and fast service. I really like going here. They are always polite and professional even when they're slammed and can't get you in quickly. I've had great state inspections here too where stuff was explained thoroughly and future possible issues were flagged for me.

The crew was hustling as they were very busy….my wait was short even with 2 cars infront of me. Allison (I think that was her name) was pleasant, informative, and showed me 2 issues that we were able to correct. My initial visit was amazing and this visit was just as good, 5/5! Thanks!! Ruth
