Jacob and William helped me out when my car died, didn’t hesitate give me a jump. Was not a customer but will defiantly be back in future for oil change, thanks boys!

I desperately needed an oil change and they squeezed me in 20 minutes before they closed! All of the staff were kind, welcoming, and efficient. I was very appreciative of their kindness.

Work was done quickly and efficiently. Staff were polite and communicative.

I’ve had so many services at Jiffy Lube in Cranberry Twp, from oil changes to tire leak repair, new tire installations, high/low beam lights replaced, and state inspections, they never disappoint. They are very thorough, explain their services in detail, and have been very honest as to whether a service is actually needed. Their manager is top notch and very customer service oriented. I highly recommend them.

First time here today and I was very impressed! Fast service, fair pricing and the team was so professional. Jacob explained my service report and he was great! He was helpful, and friendly and did an amazing job explaining everything. I will definitely be back.

Quick stop between deliveries for work. I was the 2nd person there and only waited 20 minutes for things to be done.Thanks for the fast service to get me back out on the road!

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a long time, and I’m sorry it took me so long to write it. English is not my first language, so I needed to sit down and carefully put my thoughts together. I had an amazing experience here. The service was truly outstanding, especially from J. Schueler. He went above and beyond to help us — he fixed our tire for free and also checked several things for us, including the air filter. I honestly couldn’t believe how kind and generous the service was. Unfortunately, I forgot to leave a tip at the time, which I still regret. However, when I got home, I immediately recommended this shop and J. Schueler to my friends during a gathering. I will definitely bring a small gift for him the next time I visit, to express my sincere gratitude. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.

I was totally surprised by my visit to Jiffy lube in Cranberry. The bathroom had hot water! It was clean . The employees really were knowledgeable and helpful. I was impressed!

I'm from Newcastle their inspection tech wasn't in today so I visited this location in cranberry for a inspection and oil change. The crew was very friendly and helpful thank you was a very kewl experience.

These guys are amazing! They are honest and open about any issues they see with your vehicle and how to fix them. I always go here for my car needs!

I really just want to thank your staff and I wanted to thank you for being open on a Sunday. I was on route 79 and my onboard computer notified me I had a puncture. I just put on 4 brand new snow tires last week. Your staff was able to remove this from my tire, and save my brand new tire I just bought with a repair. I am huge formula 1 racing fan, and I felt like I was being worked on by a top pitt crew at the Monaco Grand Prix with how fast the tire was repaired and put back on. Thank you guys!

We love this Jiffy Lube! The employees are always super kind and helpful. They really go above and beyond and care about their customers. Excellent service every time. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, overall an all around great experience

They were able to work me in for an oil change. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the options for services in a way that was understandable, professional and not condescending. They were honest and fair while going over the manufacturer recommendations and reviewed my service notes to make sure I wasn’t charged for services my vehicle didn't need which we all appreciate, especially in this economy. I will go out of my way if necessary to go to this particular location! Check them out - Tell them the “southern lady” with the blue Subaru sent you.

I came in to have a leaky tire repaired, and the staff fixed it for free. There was no wait to get in, and I was back on the road in 10 minutes. Staff communicated very well through the process. I would highly recommend this shop to others!
