Every staff member here is so incredibly nice. They will happily break down costs and issues and not make you feel pressured. They make car maintenance super easy - don't go anywhere else.

When my car acts up, they repair my car. They great and very polite. Times I would snap with my issues in the world n without even knowing, I can be a creep. They don't deserve anyone's issues. They are polite, professional, n honest with me. I would never go anywhere else for my car. 2 years ago, I was coming from the VA clinic in Allentown, I decided to go to the comic store when my thermostat started to go bonkers. Of all places in Whitehall, I went to peep boys. I was there for about 6 hours, nobody wanted to help setting me up with a credit card n the cost was $3200. Then I left the shop n got on the highway when my car started to act up. Again. A couple of days later, I went to Jiffy, I showed them the work peep boys did n more than half of it, wasn't necessary to deal with. The guys from Jiffy Lube helped me in taking care of my car. I trust them with my car n their svc is great.

I will definitely come back here. So refreshing to deal with polite mechanics. The wait to have the oil change and tire rotation was less than an hour.

I’ve been to this location a few times for an oil change on my VW Atlas and a few other miscellaneous services. We have a hectic schedule with work, kids in school, sports practices for the kids etc. and their hours are SO convenient especially being open on a Saturday. My most recent visit (which was this morning) was absolutely FANTASTIC! I always call prior to coming in to make sure they have the oil needed in stock for my vehicle and to see when would be the best time to arrive. I spoke to Jibrail who assured me they have a variety of oil in stock compatible with my vehicle and to come in at my earliest convenience. I feel I should mention he has been working incredibly hard to make sure this location is well stocked with a variety of oil and has been doing a great job! When I tell you I was out in a real 15 minutes, I was.. but more importantly the duration of my visit was met with fun chatter and education! There was another lady in the waiting area who was having work done on her car. Jibrail took the time to educate (not only her but me as well) on different vehicle related items. Most people like me are told you need X, Y and Z done on your vehicle but very rarely are we told the “why” and the importance of not keeping up with the maintenance.. and I’m not talking about someone trying to “sell” you on something either. I’m talking about about someone who genuinely cares enough to educate you (in layman’s terms) and offers multiple reasonable solutions to take care of whatever it is. There needs to be more of this in the auto repair/maintenance world. It was so much fun and unexpected.. I was actually slightly disappointed when my vehicle was ready because I almost wanted to stay and continue drinking my coffee to chat with them ??. Jibrail and the team deserve more than 5-stars across the board.

Carlos and His Team Did an Outstanding Job! ????? I recently brought my car in for an oil change, and Carlos was the main technician overseeing the service. He did an amazing job coordinating everything and making sure the work was done right. His coworkers also jumped in and contributed excellent work — the whole team was professional and efficient. Carlos was friendly, attentive, and thorough from start to finish. He clearly explained the process, answered all my questions, and even gave me helpful maintenance tips without any pressure to buy extras. The oil change was completed quickly, cleanly, and perfectly. My car is now running noticeably smoother, and I could tell real care and attention to detail went into the service. If you’re looking for honest, high-quality work, ask for Carlos. He and his team deliver excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to friends and family. I bought my wife’s Nissan Cretaceous in because she was going to Virginia and I wanted to make sure that she was going to get there safely, they took great care of me, showed me everything that could’ve been changed but didn’t push me to buy it and I asked if they knew how to clean headlights film off and the guy showed me a trick and it worked, I will be back,excellent customer service!
