Excellent customer service. In an out in a Jiffy!

Did a great service here and excellent oil change for Full Syn Oil. 15 to 20 mins not bad at all.

Nearly 10 years of oil changes at this location. Always fast and friendly service. Considerate management and dedicated workers. Never any issues.

Jiffylube on the weekend is a traffic jam. However, get there 9:00 am on a weekday and experience what the franchise purports - a quick, professional, friendly, affordable experience with a complimentary bottle of water.

The technicians at this location were very helpful, informative and resourceful. This was my first time at this jiffy lube location and I will be returning.

Quick , good customer service

There was a bit of a wait due to it being Saturday and customers were ahead of me. Oil change was fast once it was in the bay. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I went to the Havertown location and had my oil changed and tires rotated. They were quick and efficient and good price

I almost didn’t go because of the reviews. I’m glad I checked it out myself. Staff was friendly service was good. I was out under 45 mins with others in front of me.

Highly recommend. The level of customer service I experienced here today was above and beyond, seriously. And ill be honest I was nervous going here. These gentlemen are professional, kind, honest and thorough. The wait is longer than 15 minutes but that is to be expected when its only 2 guys working on a line a of cars. I did not mind at all because I needed my oil changed and had time to wait.

The techs were all very personable. There was a little bit of a wait but they were upfront about the wait time. Overall good experience. This is my go to stop for an oil change

Upon arrival, the customer service was great. Positive professional attitudes. Advised of a slight waiting time, confirmed that they had the required filter for my car. The time wasn't bad at all, before I knew it my vehicle was ready. The price was good and everyone was very polite. I would advise everyone I know with a car to go to this Jiffy Lube.

Brian was awesome, kept me updated on my car status, didn't try to sell me unneeded aervices, and helped me out with my coupon.

Quick and easy courteous service

The customer service was excellent. However, the prices are now high as you know what. Idk if they are under new management/ownership but $150 for an oil change (not high mileage) with no filter replacements is robbery
