Great and fast service, I never want to go anywhere else

Good job, in and out, checked all filters told me things I need to do in the future.

The technicians were extremely helpful and professional. They were quick and explained everything I needed to know about any possible issues. Felt safe & satisfied leaving after my car received service at Jiffy lube. Great team.

My husband and I ran into some car trouble traveling into Pittsburgh and were able to make it to this Jiffy Lube just before closing. We had the pleasure of meeting Marty who was so incredibly helpful. We ended up needing a full mechanic, but Marty was very informative and even kept the place open a little longer when it started pouring rain and we were still waiting on our ride. Give Marty a raise!

The team was great. Professional, polite, and when it was my turn, I was informed of what they were going to do. Chance greeted me upon my arrival and walked me through the process of what would be done.

As an out-of-towner in need of an oil change, the team worked quickly to get me in and back on the road. They were personable and professional. I appreciated that they could access my Jiffy Lube history from my home state.

Excellent service from the young lady working the register with the beautiful piercings, who reminded me of my daughter, to the mechanic who came out to share war stories about raising daughters with me. Went for an oil change and ended up needing a new battery! Jiffy Lube techs were the best to deal with! They accommodated my need to have a new battery installed. I've used them over the years but on a cold and snow packed day the techs in their Monroeville were awesome!

When I went yesterday, 45 minutes to close, I was sort of told it be best to come back today but I could use the 50% discount offer. So I did and everything went smoothly today. It took a bit longer than 15/20 minutes but not too bad and the staff was friendly and very informative. So might come back.
