Overall, I had a positive experience during my recent oil change. The service was completed efficiently, and I didn’t have to wait long, which I appreciated. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the process smooth from start to finish.

The service was fast, friendly, and great. My customer service representative was attentive, and she was knowledgeable about the things that were going on within my car. She didn’t try to upsell me, but she did tell me about the things that needed to be done and I had some of those things taken care of during my visit. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I had gotten a flat tire and immediately pulled into the first parking lot that I could. I thought I was going to have to wait for AAA, but realized that it was a Jiffy Lube. Luckily, Will was there and replaced my flat with my spare tire. He turned a stressful event into an easy fix. Out of all the places I could have gotten a flat, I'm glad it was at this Jiffy Lube especially while Will was there. I greatly appreciate what he did for me and my car, and will definitely come back to get my oil change or any other future services that my car may need.

Will was great! Thanks so much! He let me know my coolant was low and taught me a bit about my car. I didn’t even know what coolant was. I will totally come back here. I really like to maintain my car well and I don’t really know anything about cars so learning some basic things about coolant, flushing my coolant, and how often I should come back is great to know! Will is great! Make him a manager if he isn’t!
