Love the guys at my Jiffy Lube. They're always helpful and get me in and out quickly.

First time getting my oil changed by myself. Everyone made it so easy and stress free. They were very warm and welcoming, explained everything clearly, didn’t wait long. I could go on. I highly recommend this location! I will be back for sure.

Overall today's experience was fine. I called the day before to verify hours and that they were able to complete a PA state inspection on my vehicle as it's not listed within the options on their website. I arrived shortly after 12pm today for a state inspection. I was greeted and told I might want to call someone to pick me up as it would be awhile. I hadn't planned on that as I was going to walk to Mama Jane's for lunch, which is what I did. The employee checked my VIN and mileage, told me to leave the key in the car and I was all set. I did that and then went inside to use the restroom. The only issue here was that they were out of paper towels and there was no one in the waiting room area to tell. I walked over to Mama Jane's for lunch and was there for about an hour. When I finished and walked back to Jiffy Lube I could see that my car was parked out front so I knew they were finished. I went inside and completed my transaction. My car passed inspection and I was handed my key. Here's where the second and third issue arose. When I got back to my car there was an oily finger print on the chrome trim around my driver's side window. I had a napkin in my car so I quickly wiped it off. Then when I went to drive away I noticed that my new (blue fabric) steering wheel cover also was covered in black smudges along the whole top part of the steering wheel. So, the service was fine but the carelessness and disregard for cleanliness docked the visit one star.

These guys are speedy and so helpful. Frank is always so nice... reminding me about top offs and different services they offer. Great place!

Frank answered the phone promptly, explaining the process in its entirety. Tyler was also very helpful checking me in. I’ll definitely be retuning. I was also happy to hear that they top off fluids between oil changes. Quick service! Happy all the way around.

Frank and his team were brilliant! Did complete oil change, fluids, tires, brakes and wipers checks in only 4 Royal Kingdoms and a Mahlong!
