I came in for a simple tire leak repair. The leak was fixed, but the next day my vehicle developed severe vibration at highway speeds that was never there before. When I returned, I was told a wheel weight had fallen off. Instead of removing all existing weights and rebalancing the wheel properly, more weights were added on top of the old ones. The result is visible in the photos - an excessive amount of wheel weights on a wheel that had no vibration issues before the repair. This feels more like a quick patch than professional workmanship. A routine tire repair should not create a new problem that didn't exist when the vehicle arrived. Very disappointing and amateur handling of what should have been a simple job. Update: After posting this review, management contacted me directly and asked me to bring the vehicle back. They explained that the original balancing machine was found to be out of calibration, which may have contributed to the issue. They took the time to review the situation, answered my questions, and offered to rebalance all four tires at no charge. While my initial experience was frustrating, I appreciate the professionalism, follow-up, and willingness to take responsibility and correct the problem. Thank you to Steve and the Jiffy Lube team for working to make things right.

Our splash plate came unattached while on a road trip and was dragging on the road. We stopped at Jiffy Lube on route 30 and they screwed it back in place quickly and for free! They saved our trip!!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here I used to go to Meineke on 30 and last oil change. I got there my oil plug fell out on the turnpike. I’ve never had any sort of issues going here. Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I like that they tell me how many miles till I need to change things rather than just waiting for them to fail and then I have to bring my car in. This is my first car and I’m glad I finally found a place that I’m comfortable taking my car to.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Everything was clearly explained in detail including costs. I was in and out quickly. I would reccomend this location to friends and family. Thumbs up.

What a great team you have at this location. I needed to flush my radiator, the team not only did an amazing job of flushing my radiator, but also identified an issue of lose oil cap that they changed. Due to their great work, I drove 1400 plus miles from PA to TX with no overheating issues. Thank you guys and gal.

Jiffy Lube in north huntingdon is a good place to go oil changes speedy and efficient. Very pleasant and very good at what they do.

I have an Audi diesel that many quick oil change establishments don't carry to appropriate oil. Jiffy Lube Norwin took the extra time to assure they obtained the correct oil. They also took the extra effort to research how to reset my oil change light. Great staff, great customer service.

Wow! We love the team at the Jiffy Lube on Magill in Irwin,PA. We went in for an oil change and wanted our brakes checked. Very courteous and we could tell they knew what they were doing right off! They kept us posted on what they were finding on their check. Gave us some coupons and suggestions. We were informed of rear brakes needing replacement and we went with it and light bulb replacement and a few other things. The team did a great job! We will be back with our other vehicles!
