Easy and fast service. Great staff who are knowledgeable.

I had an oil change done at Jiffy Lube on Cottman Avenue, and I left with an experience I honestly never thought was possible from a quick service shop. Michael and Omar were absolutely outstanding. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely conversational, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They got my vehicle taken care of and back to me in about 10–15 minutes without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. The level of customer service they provided was exceptional. If you’re looking for fast, honest, and professional service, I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube—especially because of Michael and Omar. They made the entire experience a 5-star one!

Came in for a routine oil change, team helped me get a brake flush & also the new manager Michael made sure I was taken care of & in & out as well! Great team here!

Keith and Craig, was so kind to me and very helpful towards my situation. I thank God for their assistance, because they truly eased my worries and explained the exact problem that was going on with my car. Gage did awesome job doing my transmission flushed :) He answered all my questions that needed to be answered even when I kept asking the same questions, he was very patient with me. The service didn’t take long at all. I was very pleased with that because I hate waiting in shops to get my car serviced

I went today to get an oil change and one of the guys in particular (Chicken) was super nice and helpful and discovered something that was in my vehicle that shouldn’t have been. He took good care of my car and was super friendly. This Jiffy Lube is always so nice and the workers are never rude. It’s also nice and organized.
