I recently came into Jiffy Lube for an oil change, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The Manager Ron provided exceptional customer service and was very professional, friendly, and informative throughout the visit. He took the time to explain that my serpentine belt was showing signs of wear and even showed me a photo so I could clearly see the condition of the belt for myself. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency, which made me feel confident agreeing to the replacement service. Tia completed the serpentine belt replacement, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. The whole team was knowledgeable, respectful, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I was in and out with no issues, and the level of customer care truly stood out. It’s hard to find businesses that combine great service, professionalism, and efficiency the way this team did. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable service.

If u need as quick oil change Jiffy is the place to be. Beautiful atmosphere the workers are very pleasant. I had Hymir and the new Mgr. Ron very kool they met all of my needs and gave my van a full diagnostic and treated it with such care. They checked all my fluids, Changed my air filter, along with a window clean. Beautiful energy and very polite and uplifting. I recommend Jiffy Lube for your next oil change you’ll be in and out and you definitely won’t b disappointed ????????????

The guys at Jiffy Lube who do the oil changes & service are always super friendly and quick with their service. We bring all our vehicles to them for our oil changes and are always out within 15min! Our kids also love going through the car wash here!

Hymir was amazing ! Greeted me promptly!! When it was time to explain what my car needed, he took his time explaining everything. He was also very patient in answering all my questions. I would return to this location because of his professionalism. However, there was another man present who, I believe, was the manager. I found it extremely unprofessional that he had customers waiting for their cars, and instead of jumping in to help his team, he was standing in front of the customers texting on his phone.

Hymir was super helpful with getting my car the right oil, replacing a couple windshield wipers, a new headlight, and having my brake fluid flushed. He was transparent and knowledgeable and got me back on the road quick. boom

2nd Review. My Overall experience was great! I arrived around 9:30am. My car was complete within a reasonable time. Hymir, the auto technician was awesome at explaining the services my car needed. He even contacted me via phone when my car was ready. I will be returning again for auto servicing????
