I've been going to this place for years.Never had a bad experience.They get you in and get you out.Definitely, the place to go to, in the north oaks.For an oil change

Great service and wonderful communication

I used to go to Jiffy Lube up until COVID. Went to Costa Oil for a while because they would post about having $40-50 synthetic oil change specials. Then they changed their pricing and now you are paying $50 FOR JUST the oil...then they add an oil filter priced like it came from the dealership. Like their oil, they purchase their oil filters in bulk, so charging exorbitant prices for the oil filter makes them a cash cow. No more! Found a deal on Groupon. Ended up paying not much more, but I know that I'm getting a name brand oil and filter AND if needed, they will top off the oil (for a set amount of miles) at NO ADDITIONAL COST! Back to Jiffy Lube I go! Please forgive me, Jiffy Lube.

Always a good experience here they are fast efficient and very clean about their work

Everyone was efficient and worked great as a team . Kevin was especially helpful and courteous. The service is excellent! Highly recommend this location. I will definitely be going back.

Very good at taking care of what I needed done

Everyone was super friendly! They got my oil change done quick and explained everything to me. I’ll stop by again for my free top off sometime :)

My oil alert came on and I pulled into the Jiffy Lube shop. The employee was able to check my car and top off my oil level in a few minutes.

Very quick and swift service, I was taken immediately and out within a half hour for an oil change and tire rotation

I was there about 20 minutes before they closed because I was unaware they closed at 5pm. I apologized, but they were very nice to me, helped me use an online coupon, and even did all the little things listed on the service information. I was appreciative of the service and how nice they both were.

Went in for an oil change. All the employees are very nice. It was fast and they treated my car very well!!

Very professional

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube. They were fast, friendly and professional. They gave me an honest assessment of the condition of my air filter, wipers etc. and let me make an informed decision with no pressure. I highly recommend this business and will be returning for sure.

Came in, first thing in the AM. James did his thing and shortly after I was out and gone. Courteous, deliberate, and pleasant. Gotta love places like that!
