Very helpful and professional.

Guys were great very friendly and professional! Went beyond retrieving a oil cap that fell in plastic cover under engine only they could have retrieved it caused they needed to be under car. It had fallen when I was checking oil.So then proceeded w/ oil change ????. EXCELLENT SHOP HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Standard good service. They take an appropriate amount of time, sometimes quicker if they aren't really busy.

Very Professional guys. I went to another Jiffy Lube earlier that day but they wouldn't service my truck. Call the other one guys said come on we got you. They sure did. In and out within 15min. I will continue to bring it to them.

Denied service despite arriving 40 minutes prior to closing. Store posted hours closing at 3:00pm on Sunday. Arrived at 2:25 and pulled in behind another car waiting for service. After 15 minutes a employee came to my car and said they didn't think they would be able to get to me. I said I've been waiting 15 minutes already. He left and 5 minutes later another employee came out blaming it on management. At this time it still was only 2:45. Told the manager did not want to do my car or pay overtime. Clearly not wanting my business I left after wasting a great deal of time. I'd advise anyone to avoid this jiffy lube. Very poorly run. ******edit spoke to the manage Dan. He made the situation right. Appreciate his accountability!

Over and above regular oil change service the technicians alerted me of a nail in my back tire that needed immediate attention , while they were filling air in my tires - very caring mechanics work in this Springfield Pa Jiffy Lube Garage !

Very busy, there was a line to get in. The staff was very nice, the service was pretty quick, especially considering how busy they were. They took my coupon no issues. Glad I went on a weekday as I imagine Saturdays are a bit crazy

Everyone was very polite. Service was done quickly and thoroughly. I was there around 4:30 and got serviced right away.

Service was great, good communication, pensionable group. But you pay for convenience that’s why the cost of the oil is high!
