Kayla and the rest of the crew at this location are totally standout, just lovely.

I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for years, starting with a fleet vehicle. Even though I didn't pay myself, they always treated me and the car very well and were friendly and efficient. When I ended up with my own vehicle, I decided to keep taking it there and have been impressed that over the last 7 years, this location has always done quick but good work. Deseree (sp?) is also very friendly and it feels like she's really looking out for the customer. Thanks for being awesome!

I've been to tons of Jiffy Lubes and other service stations over the years. I was in the midst of a 5K roadtrip and needed an oil change. I rolled in and there was no line. The work was fast and I got exactly what I needed. The important thing that I remember to this day is how well my car ran after visiting this location. They really took pride in the work they did.

Just so you know, the type of oil that your vehicle requires is what you will get( it doesn't matter the age). If you want something different, they will tell you to go somewhere else. When it come to services, they do a really good job. They're thorough. They made sure everything is topped up before pushing out of the bay. They even give you a quick vac and windshield washed. Good job guys/gals. Thanks.

Stopped by Jiffy Lube in Johnston on a busy Saturday, and I was impressed with how quick the service was, especially during peak time. My usual experience with oil changes is getting upsold on unnecessary stuff and rushed out the door, but this wasn’t the case here. The oil change came with extras like cleaning the windows, vacuuming, and tidying up under the hood. They even cleaned up some leaking fluids and topped off everything that was low. Prices were good, and the service was solid. Definitely coming back. I highly recommend!

Had a great experience at the Johnston Jiffy Lube with Harry, Trequan & Rigoberto. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I highly recommend these gentlemen.

Professional, knowledgeable and efficient and done in a timely manner

Jiffy Lube is my go to for oil changes. I always get great service. They are very friendly, helpful and honest. They don’t push to upsell. I go there between oil changes to fill up fluids and put air in tires (which are free). Hint* there are usually money saving coupons on their website.

Today I stopped by Jiffy Lube and was helped by Mike and Harry. I was worried my car was leaking break fluid but they assured me it was nothing. I got my oil changed and was out in 15 mins.

Mike is excellent. Knows his cars. Didn’t push me to get something I know I didn’t need but I wanted quality oil from a quality crew and this is why I go there.
