I needed service last minute on the weekend. Was impressed with how quickly my service was for an oil change and filter replacement.. My mechanic let me supervise the entire time and was very knowledgeable.

They are friendly and professional. I opted to remain in my car during an oil change so I could continue working. I could not have been more pleased with the courteousness and speed with which the oil service tech changed the oil in my car. Highly recommend for a fast oil change!

Took my Lexus to jiffy lube I was in and out quickly my oil was changed and they topped all off and even washed my windshield and back window all at a great price!

Please accept my sincerest thanks to the Middletown, RI Jiffy Lube staff who were quick to find a problem with a vacuum hose which triggers a “check engine” light while changing my oil. Great service and easy. Although I wished I wanted an original oil change instead of $100 plus. But overall very easy to get the oil change done.

Yesterday I went to get my oil changed, and my friend had mentioned my tire looked low. While I was waiting, Ian told me my tires should be rotated. I had forgotten about the low tire at this point, but my friend reminded me, so I agreed to rotating my tires. Moments later, Ian showed me that there was a huge screw lodged in my tire! He offered to bring it next door real quick to get plugged - I thanked him and accepted the offer. Another few minutes go by, and Ian comes back with the huge screw, and my fixed tire, and put it back safely on my car. I drive back and forth from East Providence to Newport almost daily, my tire pressure light has been on since I got new tires last spring because I didn't want to pay another 700 bucks for all new tire pressure monitors (terrible, I know), so I have been unknowingly driving dangerously - I'm so thankful for my friend noticing and for Ian offering a rotate, and then to get my tire fixed for me real quick!! Talk about fantastic service!! Thank you so much to Ian for going above and beyond!!

The staff was friendly, professional, and quick. They gave me some recommendations, but they weren’t pushy. I would definitely go back for another oil change.

I am so impressed with this place! They checked my tires, topped off my oil AND filled up my washer fluid! FOR FREE!!! I will be back in two months for my oil change. They do tire rotations, too! Thanks to Cory who was very helpful and friendly!!!!!

I honestly have to say that customer service was incredible! The guy who changed my plate light was super nice and kind and welcoming!! I wish I could give more than five stars but he really made my day! Thank you again for everything and I highly recommend you guys!! I'll definitely be coming back to you guys especially since I don't live far!!

They will in fact lube you in a Jiffy. The dudes who work here have been working together for a long time and seem to work well together. I've been going here for over 7 years. Even needed my brakes done in a jiffy one time. The technician took time to answer all my questions. I even called back with a question and they were always gracious. Would definitely recommend.

I pulled in for an oil change and a shift cable came loose. They walked out to my car, looked it over and not only got it running, but also showed me how to fix it if it happened again before I could get it to the dealer…wow! Amazing group of guys!

What a great shop! I cannot believe how quickly my oil change was completed and the staff was phenomenal!

The guys here were so nice. The entire experience took about 40 minutes. One worker made sure he explained that I needed a synthetic oil. He also told me my car requires you to idle for 60 seconds to get it all through the top/hood filter. Quick and easy.

Came in 6/24/24. Fantastic service, incredible workers! Prompt, clean, clear communication, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm going here from now on, no question.

Ran into issues with my warranty company getting my truck fixed, Corey was a great help. Printed all of my records and helped my square things away. I’ve never had a bad experience with these guys.

The technicians are helpful, friendly and thorough. They always are. This is a great place to go for an older woman who knows little about cars. The men there explain problems very well.

The service person was EXCELLENT!! He explained what he was doing, worked efficiently and was very pleasant!

These guys were AWESOME! I went in for a tire rotation, they told me what I needed clearly, and the whole experience was hassle free. Everyone has smiling faces, and they even helped me out with recommendations for the best spot in town to get new tires. Not to mention, they sent me next door to get one of my tires patched up. I had a loose bumper, and they showed me what was going on and then PATCHED ME UP. I cannot give a more glowing review for this shop. The whole experience was wonderful, and I’m officially a life long Jiffy Lube customer. Job well done, yall!
