I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today. The entire team was helpful, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way during my oil change and filter replacements. What really stood out was that they went above and beyond when they discovered a rodent nest hidden in my cabin air filter area. Instead of just pointing it out and sending me on my way, they carefully helped clean it out and took the time to explain everything to me. A special thank you to the lady who handled it with such care and kindness — because finding a surprise mouse/squirrel situation in your car is definitely not on anyone’s to-do list! I really appreciated the extra effort and great customer service. Thank you all for turning a stressful surprise into a positive experience.

Excellent work performed by mechanics at this location.... Courteous an informative on questions I ask.... I have no complaints the first time I visited there for brakes inspection and the second time for an oil change and fluid inspection leve and top off....my car is purring like a kitten
