I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Dee! From the moment I arrived, Dee was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my oil change was completed quickly and efficiently. What stood out most was his outstanding customer service. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing a great experience, but Dee went above and beyond to make sure I felt valued as a customer. The service was fast, thorough, and stress-free. If you're visiting Jiffy Lube, I highly recommend asking for Dee. He is a true asset to the team and the reason I'll be returning for future service. My friend recommended for me to go and get an oil change there. I also knew that I needed my radiator replaced. I was able to get an estimate and schedule the repair after my oil change. It was fantastic smooth service. I couldn't be happier with my experience there.

First and foremost jiffy lube will be the only car shop I go to for all my car needs, unless they refer me to a shop that's as professional and helpful as they are. Derwin I hope I spelled his name correct the manager was so friendly and nice and he listened to me as I explained what was going on with my car. And he knew right away what the problem was and the cost. Jordan and the other young man I think his name was Vico were very professional as well. I had my car towed there at 1pm and it was done between 3 and 4pm. If you want good professional service and a great clean atmosphere go to Jiffy Lube you won't be disappointed. You guys are awesome!!!!?? And thanks for putting air in my front passenger tire.
