Knowledgeable, informative, thorough and polite service experience. I am not from Clemson, but would be shocked if not “best of best” in that area. Wish I could move it to Columbia SC— people and facility.

I had a flat tire and a service member from Jiffy Lube came out to help me fix it and then was able to quickly get me a quote for a replacement tire and filled up my spare with air all free of charge!! I ended up going somewhere that had 4 tires in stock but definitely would have gone here if they had had what I needed in stock. Super friendly and helpful staff and I would absolutely come here in the future for other car services.

Was going to Publix and a “low oil pressure” indicator and thankfully this Jiffy Lube was right there for help. Pulling in we were assisted by Enrique who was helpful and quick at getting our information. Then we were assisted by the manager, Chris, who noticed that oil was all over the bottom of my car posing a larger issue. However, i never felt pressured or thought catastrophically about it as they kept things detailed and goal oriented. I believe the mechanics name was Kyle, but i may be wrong, he had things assessed and fixed in a “Jiffy”. Shout out to all the guys who assisted us and my car is running as smooth as possible! Everyone was so professional, they opened my car door for me and held the door to the waiting area so chivalry isn’t dead! Thankful for my experience and lucky to have had the team we did.

Great Service, Great ppl! Went for an oil change, left with a deal on new tires. I had already gotten quotes from other tire shops and Chris beat those deals! They’re honest in their recommendations; no dishonest gain there. Honest, friendly and speedy Southern service. ?????????? for the whole team. *Oh! Forgot to add… a different time my friend’s scooter broke down nearby and they helped us load it into a U-Haul and secure it. Very good men.*

A bunch of great guys work there, I went to another place got an oil change, trans change told them if they could change a water pump belt, they said no so I came here, they put a new one on , I drove like 6 miles an my car was overheating, the belt came off, the manger and mechanic rushed right over and fixed it, my car is used and I knew the water pump was new, I am like how did it pop off and they explained it to me the person I bought the car from probably used the wrong part.. I am like probably...it's not aligned correctly.. I appreciate them for taking the time, now I just have to monitor it , untill I get the cash to repair it . Y'all have to understand when you buy used cars you get what you paid for thanks to Obama cash for clunkers program destroyed all the old good cars FYI to the owner they went out of there way to fix it and it got me home, thanks

I love jiffy lube! Would recommend to anyone

I went to jiffy lube for the first time because the price was significantly lower than other places and I felt I paid way too much for my last oil service. I hoped that the lower price didn’t mean lower standards of service, and i was very pleased to find that their service was just as good if not better than the place of my previous pricey oil service. The staff was friendly, informative, quick, and the place was clean and well kept. I will be returning.

Very courteous, no wait, and they addressed my low tire pressure and low wiper fluid. Will definitely go back.

We stopped here to get our son's car checked and for an oil change before a long road trip. We were extremely satisfied with the service and the employees. They were friendly and honest. We appreciated their thorough review of his car. We were never being "sold" anything and felt very confident in their treatment of the car. I would absolutely return again. Have used this location for 3 different vehicles over the past 1.5 years. The staff is always friendly and generally knowledgeable. Be cautious if you have a German made car, like an Audi, they don't always know how to drain the oil, check the oil level, and reset the service reminders.

Spencer was amazing. He did a great job helping me when my car broke down. He’s super kind and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
