The Jiffy Lube in Lake Wylie went over and above the call of duty. I just got my stitches removed from surgery not feeling the best and the 2 gentlemen who were working helped me out we with a car issue. They were amazing and I wished there were more people like them forever grateful for what they did. I'm a Radio Sports Media Personality and they will never be forgotten. I bought them lunch because they deserved it. Thank you so much you won my business.

Fast service and friendly techs! I actually live near another oil change business but since my service went so well I have decided to make this my prime location for all my vehicle needs.

Michael Fetty was very knowledgeable and did my oil change within like a half hour, topped my fluids off. Brought to my attention of coolant link that I have that I didn’t know that I even had. Always take there because I like the service that I get there!

Great place for basic car maintenance, and Fetty is the man. He's helped me out several times and saved me time and money on work I didn't need done, nothing to worry about when you let him and the team work on your car.

I can't say enough about he service at this location. I had an oil filter that was stuck that I had damaged trying to change the oil myself. The team went above and beyond getting it off for me and the only cost was a replacement filter. For that matter, the manager offered to use the filter that I had already purchased but it was the least I could do was to buy a filter from them. I highly recommend this location if you need any service.

Absolutely amazing service! Thank you for being kind and explaining what was wrong with my car. Long story short, Take 5 completely messed up my car with an oil change (do not ever go there!), so I pulled into the first place I found. The guys at Jiffy Lube treated me with such understanding and grace, writing down everything that was wrong so I could make my claim, changing my oil, and even chatting with me. To make matters even better, their price was way cheaper! Jiffy Lube, you have earned a new customer for life!

Great service. Came in for oil change for Chevy Volt. Had other minor issues to repair. Service guys resolved all issues fast. Highly recommend!!!

I came in for an oil change since I had a coupon. I also had a new oil leak I spotted in my driveway. They did an inspection and found the leak, a minor gasket, but also showed me I was missing a bolt in my front end suspension and the opposite side was loose and ineffective. They were very fair in the repair cost (I got my own parts). I am very pleased with the service.

Great experience. All the guys were awesome explaining the work and the work was done well and in a timely manner. However, I tried to pay with the Jiffy Lube Credit card and their system wasn’t set up, so that was pretty frustrating.

Delightful. I have gone several times now and Micheal has been very thorough. I also appreciate his great mannors and gentle sales.

I always have a great experience. Never do more than required. Always show me what is recommended by the book. I’m always satisfied with the guys. They even put air in my tires anytime, even when I’m not having any service done.
