????? I went in to get my oil changed and Teisha was AMAZING! ?????? She provided such wonderful, friendly, and professional service. She made sure everything was taken care of and made the whole experience so easy! 10/10 service! ?? I’ll definitely be back because of Teisha. She deserves ALL her flowers! ????

Fast service good communication

The guys were amazing! Had a good time talk to them, honest prices and Honest mechanics. They even watched my son while he was in the car seat and I had to use the restroom. Top class.

William and Tisha both were professional, polite. Went above and beyond to replace my damaged cap which the didn't have to do also advise followi up with my mechanic, to make sure no fragments fell into thing engine. I will continue to get my oil change at 4414 and tell my friends and coworkers. Thank you both.

Absolutely loved the experience just came to get an oil change done on my car and the team was great. One of the members in the crew I believe was named Jordan and he made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. All in all will most definitely come back.

Showed up very last minute yesterday because I got off late ! Got there at 5:55pm. I was greeted and treated like I was the first customer of the day ! Got my oil changed and light by Tisha ! She was quick and efficient! I love great service!

Oil light came on just outside of columbia and we found this Jiffy Lube. The young woman, was friendly and professional and the young man was also friendly and professional and explained our service needs...AND we were back on the road in a jiffy. Excellent service!!

I had an *absolutely fantastic* experience during my first oil change at this shop, and let me tell you, it won’t be my last! I had the pleasure of meeting William Dukes—what a gem! We hit it off so well that I’m convinced we’re practically twins separated at birth. His knowledge was impressive, and the other staff members were equally helpful, making the whole process feel like a well-oiled machine (pun intended). I’m already looking forward to my next visit, where I hope to reunite with William and perhaps even discuss the meaning of life over a quart of oil!
