Staff was effective and efficient, courageous and detailed oriented. The gentleman was polite & helpful. He informed me that my radiator fluid would need changing in the future. I advised to go ahead and change it since I was there.

I had hit something on the interstate that broke my skid plate, and it was dragging the whole way home. I popped in and asked if they could help take it off. The whole staff was very kind. They got me in quick between customers’ oil changes and took the piece off without charge. Overall they are just good people. I didn’t purchase any service this time, but I can guarantee you this location will have my business going forward.

Being new to the state and being a single female, I was very concerned with all these codes popped up on my new truck, but I called Jiffy Lube on Hard Scrabble Rd and Christian and Harold was very informative. Very fair pricing $$ got me in the next day and was able to quote me an affordable deal half the price as other automotive repair shops did so I could get everything done in one day. Excellent service quality work very quick and friendly, They even let me know that in the near future, I need to replace my Brake fluid and brake pads! Transmission, flush oil change and rear differential fluid change and my truck is running normal again?? thank you you guys

Excellent group of employees at this Jiffy Lube on Hardscrabble Road. Time and cost was a factor, not a problem for them.They had me in and out extremely fast and the cost was surprisingly much less than my usual cost. I felt confident throughout my visit due to their professionalism and knowledge. This is my go to from this point forward. Thank you guys.
