I want to recognize Anthony and his teammates at the Jiffy Lube Hardscrabble location for their excellent customer service. Anthony was helpful and took the time to contact Billy at the Sunset JL location to ask about the $99 price. Based on my conversation with Anthony, I arrived at the Sunset location expecting to pay approximately $99. Instead, I was quoted approximately $670. That substantial difference needed a clear explanation. Billy’s demeanor also left me concerned about possible bias in how we were treated. I cannot know his motivation, but I can describe the interaction: both my companion and I felt disrespected, and the customer service fell well below my expectations.

The person who performed my full synthetic oil change me was honest, efficient, kind, and upfront. Very happy with my service experience here!

I had a great experience getting my oil change at Jiffy Lube! The service was quick, efficient, and thorough from start to finish. A big shoutout to the manager, Anthony—he went above and beyond by taking the time to explain a couple of future service recommendations for my vehicle without any high-pressure sales tactics. It’s rare to find such honest and attentive customer service in auto care. I’ll definitely be returning for my routine maintenance!

I had a great experience getting my oil change and tire rotation here. The staff was friendly, professional, and had me in and out much faster than expected. They explained everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services. Christian even went out of his way to accommodate a filter replacement for me, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Jawan and Jeremiah were terrific. From the time I pulled up to the time they finished, they were both so friendly and told me exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be back and have told several friends about this location. Thanks guys for not being pushy. Thanks for bring you! Please go see these guys, they will take good care of you. And get them a cold drink or slushy from Sonic across the street. They work hard and good at what they do.

Jim and Christian are the best managers, and I would never forget their names. They literally worked through the night and day to make sure I get on the road safe (for my 10hr drive). I think they were probably more happier than me after fixing my car. Great advice from them on things that I should look into my car in the near future. Genuine and best service! Can’t thank you guys enough! Don’t think twice to visit them, they are the best guys for your car!

Jiffy Lube has a life-long customer in me. They were helpful yesterday and Ben was great to work with. What might have been a simple fix for them was big to me, so I am thankful for their prompt efficient service.

Saw sign free air-conditioning check. Stoped by. Checked it for free and said all was goog. Did not try to sell what was not needed. Liked this people sure visit them again.
