The team here did an amazing job with my service. Very kind and professional and made sure everything was done right. They made sure I got in right before close which was amazing and super helpful. Sarah, Devonte, and Branson did an awesome job and were a great help. Will 100% be returning for future services!

Stopped in with a problem with my steering wheel fluid being low. Braxton couldn't help me at the time due to my car takes special fluids which they didn't have at this time but he did point me in the right direction to get it.Also advised me of what the problem might be.He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Braxton! I will be back for a oil change!

I always go to jiffy Lube to get my oil change, and my visit today was by far the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had. Devonte, Bransen and Sarah were amazing!

Came in to get my blinker replaced. I was quoted over the phone by Firestone for approximately $135 for 30+ minutes of labor. Drove down the street to this location and Bransen fixed it in less than 5 mins for a total of $11. That price difference is astronomical and I could not be more thankful..

I brought my car in for an issue with the oil pan leaking. the previous manager at the location that had changed my all evidently did not do a good job. this amazing team consisting of Sarah, Brandon and Hunter were absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end. they were thorough, polite, efficient and quick. they not only fix the problem but assured me they could get me in and out in the time that I needed to and they not only did but got me out sooner. I cannot thank this amazing team of Superstars enough. this was by far one of the best experiences I've ever had with any automotive place and my entire life. these three people deserve a huge raise. thank you again and have a blessed day. sincerely, Michael Resnick

I’ve always had good, trustworthy service at this facility. The staff is helpful and courteous. The price for new plugs seemed high, but otherwise they did the usual great job.

I was in town to visit my daughter who attends school at Coastal and took her car to Jiffy Lube on Singleton Road. Parents if your children need service - please check them out. Not only were they honest but they took the time to introduce themselves to me and reassured if she needed anything while staying at school to bring her car in and they would discuss the near term options for servicing not selling options. Everyone was honest, polite and professional. I thought she needed an oil change before heading home for the holidays and they told me she was still under the alotted mileage (lost sticker) and I had no clue. Again honest, helpful and respectful- they topped her fluids off, filled her tires and was on our way. kudos to the Jiffy Lube team here at Coastal. You have a repeat customer!

Very good experience at this location. Josh was exceptional and very knowledgeable. He really helped us. He took time to find out what was wrong with my car and quickly corrected it. We spent $250 but at the same time saved much more. All of the young men was very professional, courteous and we felt valued as a customer. We will definitely be back to this location for future work done on our vehicle. Thanks again Josh.

I love going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes and other things. They do more than taking it to a dealer for the oil change. I feel spoiled by them. ??

Very good service Onset advice Reasonable price

After making multiple trips from Myrtle Beach to North Charleston I wanted to just check to make sure my oil wasn't low, and see if they could check my battery as it had died once in North Charleston and I just wanted to see what it was. My car has 228k miles on it, so between an oil leak, and burning oil, it did need a qt, the customer service tech was very kind and advised me that even though I wasn't at the milage for an oil change that I should definitely look into doing that soon, and she showed me how dark it was on the dipstick. Then a gentleman came out to look at the battery, and advised me that the terminal was bad, which is why the nut wasn't staying tight, causing my car to die. Since he didn't have one there, he offered that if I got one, he would gladly switch it out for me at no cost. Unfortunately I didn't have time to get the oil change that day, but it was so nice to be able to go to a place where I didn't feel pressured into something. The young lady, and gentleman were a bit surprised when I had the tools needed for the bolt, and made my 18mth old giggle and laugh while trying to get everything taken care of. If you need an oil change, go here and be treated like a person, not a dollar sign.

Jay and the crew were really helpful and the service was quick. They offer more than just oil changes. I also got my tires repaired.

Went in for an oil change today because the drain plug was stripped to all hell and i did not have the right tool to solve the problem. I came in with my oil and new filter which fortunately i was able to bring in for the service and Joshua, Marlen and Hunter were amazing. Very personable, quick and helpful when i was already stressed out of my mind. Would definitely recommend these 3 for any service you need in shop.

Went to this location to get my license plate bulb changed after a colossal failure at another location in Myrtle Beach. Jay the manager took care of me and got the issue taken care of within 15 minutes. This was done on 7/19/25. This location knows what they are doing. Highly recommend.

We got great service here, the mechanics are kind and helpful! You get to stay in your car and they work quickly.

I called Jiffy Lube 10 minutes before they closed to inquire if they could do an oil change if I was 5 minutes away. Construction traffic made the location difficult to get to. Jonathan confirmed that they would do my oil change. Tyler was professional, efficient and checked my lights and fluids and performed the maintenance on my truck. Jonathan discussed recommended services and gave me the most cost effective service offerings. I wish they were closer. Highly recommend.
