Great Customer Service

Great experience. Needed an oil change and was able to get it done during lunch with time to get food and complete other errands.

Good service, friendly and knowledgeable technicians

This was the first time I brought my Ford Ranger to Jiffy Lube. The customer and vehicle service were top notch. Branch Manager Lenny explained everything that was performed. District Manager Chris was very friendly and offered to replace my serpentine belt for a nominal labor fee. I will have the recommended battery, brake and transmission service done there as well. Great first experience!

Excellent experience outstanding service

The customer service was really great. I am a huge fan of customer service and they really won me over with their outstanding customer service. The service team was very knowledgeable and carefully explained everything that was going to be done before doing it. I will definitely be going back!!!

They did a Ford 5000 mile service plus defogged my headlights in about 20 minutes. Provided notice of observations beyond their ability to repair. Great service!!!

The employees were respectful, courteous and very efficient. Low ratings on Yelp for this location on Irby and the one on W Evans isn’t justified after my experiences. I’ve been multiple times with all my vehicles and besides the price being cheaper if I did it myself. It’s not bad and I’ve never had a bad experience. Can’t always trust yelp ?????

The customer service was great. The technician explained everything very thoroughly to me, but he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or could wait to do at a later time. I really liked that!!!

Great customer service! They inform me of services I needed and other services they provided with the cost. I always appreciate information. I love the fact that they did not try to push anything on me that I couldn't afford or want. Everything was done in a timely manner. I will be back.

Oil change

Autozone referred me to Jiffy Lube to replace a headlight. They were professional and courteous. This was my first time there, but after this wonderful experience, we will be back!

I got an oil change, my tires rotated, and changed passenger low beam light. They really do an outstanding job. Everyone was courteous, very respectful, and helpful.

Love these guys.
