Great customer service! Was finished in less than 45 minutes. Prices are a little high but I also have to get full synthetic so it makes sense. But overall a pretty awesome experience

I’m always cautious of going to Jiffy Lube because of the stories I’ve heard about incidents that have happened to people’s cars. But who can refuse using a gift card sent in the mail. However I’m very watchful when I do take a vehicle of mines there, I stay in the car to watch what’s happening. This day I took my van the service was ok they asked a lot of questions trying to up sale me. One thing I didn’t like was I assume the manage was correcting an employee nearly 10 feet away from me I was in the car. He called him a liar because a customer said he didn’t ask him about a certain service. I believe correction should take place in the office or not in front of customers. They told me about a transmission leak and suggested a service however the service would only remove and put back fluid not the leak and it was high. As the day went on I smelled burning oil which worried me a little. There was this one young red hair men that was very nice. He reached to shake my hand I returned however I felt the oil and or dirt from him working on my car.

Everybody was great. Letting me know whats going on with my car. Suggesting but not pushing. Thank you

Excellent staff. I thought it cost to much for a tire but I was on my way to work and did not have the time to find another place.

Service was fine but it took longer than I expected. Took me about 40 minutes instead of the 15 minutes advertised.
