This crew is always amazing when I go to get anything done for my car. They’re a well-equipped shop so they’ve handled most repairs/improvements themselves, but they’re also good about answering calls and questions about they’re able and unable to do. So far, I haven’t been turned away. They detail everything with a status and recommendation, and not once has it felt like they’re overcharging or suggesting useless repairs. They also offer an explanation every time they work on something or review it, and they don’t speak differently to me vs male clients (which I have experienced plenty of at other shops). I haven’t come across a single rude staff member or even anyone indifferent. They always greet me, provide timeframes and check ins for longer wait times, and are just overall pleasant and patient. I’ve had a few things done that have taken an hour or 2, depending on complexity, but I’m most frequent with oil changes and they’re always communicative and fast.

I was having trouble with my windshield wiper cleaning the water off of my windshield. They worked cleaning the windshield replace the windshield wiper and was very courteous.

Got an oil changed on September 19th whoever was working there at that time did a fantastic job. Great service great atmosphere of professionalism but also American efficiency. Been going here a while and they have always done a great job, but whoever was working that day just made the experience great!

Cleto, Cleto, Cleto... did I mention Cleto. Jiffy lube had done some work on my husband's truck by Cleto as well. I was so pleased I decided to have them work on my 2018 dodge durango that I had just bought. Dylan did a great job on the customer service side, but Cleto is the diamond in the ruff here. I wanted alot of things done beyond just a oil change including spark plugs, gaskets, pcv valves, upgrade my oil cooler housing unit to the aftermarket aluminum one, fully synthetic oil change and a transmission service with pan and filter change. When I was discussing the project with Cleto he made me feel like I was talking to my dad and was going to take my truck as such. Work was done the next day and now my truck drives like a dream. On top of all this while Cleto was going thru my project he found ways to even save me money and also told me of one other project that needed to be take care of but didn't try to take advantage and pressure me into the other project on the spot. Appreciated that highly and will definitely be back requesting Cleto for that project in a couple weeks! Don't sleep on wade Hampton jiffy lube.. request Cleto and you will not regret!!!

Went into Jiffy Lube, just to have my GMC Terrain looked at because of some mechanical issues I was experiencing. Went to several shops, supposedly respectable big named places and was given outrageous prices and quotes with no guarantees. From the time I drove up to Jiffy Lube, and was greeted by two of their many friendly experts, I knew that I was in good hands. Their top mechanic, Cleto. I assure you is one of the best I know. Honest, reliable, dependable and trustworthy. The bill was most satisfying, but the service was amazing.

The Jiffy Lube team always has a friendly greeting, prompt and professional service and makes sure to keep me updated with maintenance and where my vehicle is in the process.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Jiffy Lube today! I was on my way to work when I got a flat tire and thankfully was able to pull into a gas station nearby. Since my new car doesn’t have a spare tire, I was facing a 105-minute wait for a tow truck—and I needed to be towed literally across the street to Jiffy Lube. I called Jiffy Lube and explained the situation, and Matt immediately went above and beyond. He sent Elijah across the street to help me put enough air in my tire to safely get my car over there. Elijah was incredibly kind and helpful, and even drove behind me to make sure I made it there safely. Because of their kindness and willingness to help, they saved me at least $100 in towing costs and turned what started as a very stressful morning into such a positive experience. Thank you, Matt and Elijah, for going above and beyond and taking such great care of me! Customer service like this is truly appreciated and deserves to be recognized

Only jiffy lube I’ll go to. They always go above and beyond. They never try to sell me on things I don’t need which is really nice because most places do that to women.

I love the camaraderie with the technicians when your vehicle is being serviced. At some point, everyone that works above ground, came to talk to me about something. They wouldn’t let me leave until everything was checked and communicated with me. Always a pleasure to have my oil changed at the Greer location.
