Excellent experience. Attendant was knowledgeable and courteous. Only thing was my $89 oil change ended up being $118 by the time I paid.

I had an emergency happen at the intersection right across from their shop. I pulled in and the shop manager was patient and understanding with me while I panicked about the fact that my car was smoking. He also worked with me on how to get my vehicle back in my possession because I had prior scheduled plans that I couldn’t miss. He made it quick and efficient for my best friend to pick up my car keys and pay for me and made sure to secure my vehicle for me until I could pick up it up after hours. Could not be more thrilled with my experiences at this shop and I would definitely utilize them more for future service needs.

Frankie and crew are ready to take care of you I've been to this location many times and it's the first time I can remember.Seeing how eager they were to make sure they took care of my car and got my coolant flushed in a quick and easy manner. And recently, when an error was made in pricing and service work, the store manager, Jon, immediately took care of it, along with an apology and compensation for my time and inconvenience. He has integrity, which is why I will continue to nice this Jiffy Lube my service.

I have been taking my car to Jiffy Lube for years for service and the staff is always professional. This time was different. I took my Honda Civic to get the oil changed.Makhi told me my power steering pump was broken and the importance of getting it fixed. It is rare to find this level of expertise and clear communication. He told me he would order a new pump and I could come back and get it replaced. He quoted me a price and the time required to do the work . He did the work in the time quoted and I left feeling comfortable, knowing my car was fixed. Makhi is a great manager a hard worker and an asset to the Jiffy Lube company Thank you Jiffy Lube for employing professional caring knowledgeable people like Makhi I will be a Jiffy Lube customer for life and recommend your services to everyone i know
