The staff was great! Very knowledgeable and patient with us. Although we couldn't get the primary issue fixed, the services they provided us was spot on! Would recommend to my family and friends!

The Lake City, SC location was very attentive, from beginning to end! I was having leaking issues with a rear tire, en- route to my next work stop location . They located a piece of metal in my tire and had it fixed in no time. Called me, and let me know I was all fixed up. A very polite and friendly location ??

First all, I had went to the one on Evans in Florence and they refused to help me. The guy who drove my car was kind of rude as well. However, I went to Lake City and they helped me. I had just bought this vehicle and it needed a transmission service. They took my car in and did the service for me in about 30 minutes. Everyone there was very helpful. Anthony, who works there, was very nice and informative. I greatly appreciate the fast service, the information that was given to me, and the reasonable price of the service itself. I just want to give another shout out to Anthony who was genuinely nice and personable. Friendly and approachable. He made the process very easy. Thank you Jiffy Lube of Lake City. I will be coming back there. I would rather go there from Florence than have to deal with the people here in Florence, SC.

I had a very pleasant experience! I remember the guy’s name that greeted me, but he was helpful throughout the entire visit. He was so nice and patient. As a single woman, auto maintenance isn’t my favorite task. He made it pleasant.

I enjoy going to Jiffy Lube in Lake City, SC. For the 1st time I was able to sit in my car while getting my service done. The staff there was so attentive to their job. I also like the fact that they keep me in the know about my vehicle. Great Job! I am a forever customer at Juffy Lube in Lake City! ???? I brought my Acadia in with an engine symbol displayed on my infotainment system, and a small leak. My vehicle was diagnosed and worked on. However I took it in two more times for the same problem. The mechanics did not stop working on my vehicle until they found the problem and repaired it. So far my vehicle is running nicely with no engine symbol displayed.
