The Lake City, SC location was very attentive, from beginning to end! I was having leaking issues with a rear tire, en- route to my next work stop location . They located a piece of metal in my tire and had it fixed in no time. Called me, and let me know I was all fixed up. A very polite and friendly location ??

Today, August 4, 2026, I went back to Lake City again for another drain and fill on my transmission (it is a problem I'm working on from buying a used vehicle.) I got there and the lady at the bay was very nice. I went into the waiting room and didnt even get 10 pages in my book before they were done! I am extremely satisfied with the service I get when I go there. Everyone has been friendly and I know that's hard when you are working with the public. Sometimes the public doesnt make life easy. However, I havent had a bad experience at this shop. It is a minor inconvenience to drive there from Florence for such wonderful service. Thank ya'll so much!!! I had to edit my original review because it wont let me post another new one. First all, I had went to the one on Evans in Florence and they refused to help me. The guy who drove my car was kind of rude as well. However, I went to Lake City and they helped me. I had just bought this vehicle and it needed a transmission service. They took my car in and did the service for me in about 30 minutes. Everyone there was very helpful. Anthony, who works there, was very nice and informative. I greatly appreciate the fast service, the information that was given to me, and the reasonable price of the service itself. I just want to give another shout out to Anthony who was genuinely nice and personable. Friendly and approachable. He made the process very easy. Thank you Jiffy Lube of Lake City. I will be coming back there. I would rather go there from Florence than have to deal with the people here in Florence, SC.

I had a very pleasant experience! I remember the guy’s name that greeted me, but he was helpful throughout the entire visit. He was so nice and patient. As a single woman, auto maintenance isn’t my favorite task. He made it pleasant.

Jiffy Lube Lake City is where I go for all my automotive needs. The staff is always helpful and Dave has been my favorite mechanic for 20 years. I will never go anyplace else until I check everything out with him to make sure that I’m not being cheated. Dave make sure that everything is done properly and correctly. I will never go any place else as long as he is there.
