Quick and easy. I pulled up, handed them my keys, told them I was going to lunch, and would return afterwards. When I was dropped off after lunch, my car was out front, air conditioning running, and I was ready to go. Paying was a breeze and they honored my coupon. I'll never spend hours waiting at a dealership again.

Very pleasant experience, highly recommend! 10/10 service and reasonable pricing. Jimmy and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Jiffy Lube yesterday! I had quite a bit of work done on my car, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, and they had my car finished in a very timely manner. A special thank you to Jimmy, the manager, for making sure everything was taken care of and for being so helpful throughout the process. I also really appreciate Mike and Logan, the mechanics, for all of their hard work on my car. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about taking care of their customers. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be coming back! ??????????

I went in for an oil change, fluid top off and air for my tires. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Will and Logan were great.

I've never met an honest mechanic until now. A couple of weeks ago I asked Jimmy (the mngr) to do an alignment on my junk junk ( my cars name ) and he said it wouldn't do any good because I need tie rods. He could've done the job and charged me but was honest about what needed to be done before had. Today the work got done and fast I might add! Thank you for being good people jiffy lube # 3858 lexington! You've earned my business for sure!!!

I went to Mavis first and they were unable to do my repairs that day. I came here and Jimmy was able to get me in at 12pm for an alignment, two wheel bearings, new tires and an oil change on my Audi. They have knowledge on the European vehicles. My car is driving smooth now as if it were new again. The price was very reasonable and cheaper than what I was quoted at Mavis. The shop staff are very friendly here and they don’t try to upsell you. They tell you what you need without the pressure. I will be a future customer for all of my suspension needs. Thank you Jimmy, Logan, and William.

Jimmy was great and they discovered my tires were dangerously low on tread. The time to get the oil change and new tires was quick and helpful. We were on our way in no time. Very professional.

The best place to do oil changes and all vehicle maintenance. Deshaws and Terremce are good and professional guys.

William, DeShawn, and the manager, Jimmy, took great care of my vehicle! They helped me with my oil change and replaced two filters. They were very informative and helpful with any questions I had. Would recommend. Great people!

Fantastic service. Jimmy did a wonderful job of keeping me up-to-date on the status of my vehicle and they really went the extra mile to make sure everything got fixed so that I could safely drive my car.

I’ve exclusively taken my vehicle to Jiffy Lube the past few years. 9/10 it’s to this particular location, Red Bank. I’ve always had a great experience. Sometimes you have a wait and other-times you’re in and out. This heavily depends on the time of the day and not the lack of workers or quality. I never feel pressured or haggled into upgrading or buying other things. That means a lot coming from a woman who exclusively comes in by herself. Jimmy, the manager, had a great attitude and seemed personable to myself and others around me. Definitely recommend this location.
