Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 1782 S. LAKE DRIVE, LEXINGTON, SC, 29073

Jimmy was great help thanks

Jimmy the manager & Logan a tech took wonderful care of my car. They helped me replace my daytime running lights since I have short arms & I am unable to do so! I really appreciate their time to help me today!! Will definitely be back!

Terrence, Chris, and Jimmy at Jiffy Lube were amazing! I’ve been here twice now, and both experiences were great. The first time everyone was so helpful and friendly, and the second time they got me in and out in less than 15 minutes while still doing an excellent job. I never feel like they’re pushing unnecessary things on me, and they always let you know if there’s a discount available. Thank y’all for being so professional, helpful, and kind—I’ll definitely be back!

Good fast service

Great experience. Quick and efficient service by Chris and Jimmy.

The service was fast and excellent! They checked the car and told me everything it needed, gave me options, and—thankfully—resolved the issue at a very reasonable price! The staff is very friendly, especially Jimmy! They changed the oil, air filter, and the belt.

Staff are very helpful and accommodating especially Terrence R. and Logan W. Definitely recommend them to everyone who is looking for assistance with their cars.Thank you for your service ??

Yall were the best team i ever

I had a leaking oil pan which needed to be replaced. The Jiffy Lube in Red Bank on South Lake Drive is the place to go! They went the extra mile in making sure the issue was taken care of and making sure I was comfortable while I was waiting for the repair to be completed! Exceptional service!

cristian is very quick and knows how to update and communicate. jimmy and logan were dealing with a lady that was mad and didn’t understand a charge and they both calmly explained to her what it was and handled it very respectfully. i would recommend this place to anyone.

I was at this location with my sister-in-law, who was having work done on her car as an observer, I want to say that every customer was greeted by a technician and walked inside and explained what services were available. When they got busy, the manager Jimmy jumped in and got right to work to help everyone. After their work was done, they walked the customers back out to their cars and everyone was happy. I sat in an Open showroom that was clean and had fresh coffee and was air conditioned and very comfortable! Overall the Manager Jimmy runs this facility efficiently and i was impressed. Great job.

Jimmy was great. Prompt service. Fair charge. I will come again!

The wait was over an hour as they needed to get specific oil for my VW, the 3 local stores did not have in stock and the 20 min turned into longer but the staff kept me up-to-date and gave me a good price due to the wait time.

Fast and professional.
