This morning, I had a battery issue that caused my Bronco Sport to lose all power at the intersection of Highway 290 and Reidville Road. In a 7:00 AM panic, I was trying to find someone to help jump my vehicle when one of your master technicians (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) came to my rescue. He quickly got my Bronco started and was incredibly kind and helpful during a stressful situation. I was later able to get everything resolved thanks to a pending Ford recall, but I wanted to publicly express my gratitude. Thank you for your exceptional customer service and genuine kindness. You turned a stressful morning into a much better one, and you’ve absolutely earned a new customer!

friendly staff good service they did good on my car changing the oil and it was over all a good experience. highly recommend going here I will go back if I have any other car issues. its a 5 star rating for me.

I trust the people at Jiffy Lube more than anywhere else . They always do the best job. I’ve tried other places for convenience at times but, I never feel safe in my car . The people at Jiffy lube are well trained , informative , always in great moods and oh so friendly. They take their time and go over anything I may not understand. I appreciate everyone for all your help and making me feel secure on the road!
