Excellent

Everyone was so wonderful today. We drove from Georgia to Myrtle Beach when our car started giving us trouble. I looked up the closest mechanic and Jiffy Lube was it. I thought they would only be able to do an oil change but they actually fixed the problem getting us back on the road quickly. It's terrible to realize your car is having problems on vacation but the entire team was so kind they made it as easy and quick as possible.

Went to Myrtle Beach for a Vacay and got efficient service out of town my favorite place to go for a quick oil change.

Will was great at Jiffy Lube in N.Myrtle. he got back to me even when the same was complete and refunded the 10 %i was told I would get. Highly recommend - they totally kept their word and performed great service.

I have always had good service from this Jiffy Lube. I know the quick oil change business get a bad rap from up selling. I find this group to be honest. Josh was wonderful tonight. I knew when I drove in my issue was more than an oil change. He took time to explain what was going on, and his listening skills were great.

Professional knowledgeable great staff every time. Really appreciate the spot check point for functional safety of tires, battery, fluids, lights, etc to keep my car running in top shape . Kudos to all the staff !

I always use Jiffy Lube and this is by far the best location I've ever come to. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. The manager Will is a Navy veteran who noticed my disabled veteran plates and IMMEDIATELY thanked me for my service. Started swapping stories and we actually served at the same base. He gave me a military discount and told me what needed to be done on my truck beyond an oil change. This is by far the BEST Jiffy Lube I've ever been to in the country. Will is leading this ship with all the professionalism and attention to detail his 12 years of service to this great country taught him. I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION ENOUGH.

Great place, fantastic people & service! I stopped in to ask about getting air in one of my tires (car's sensor told which tire was low) and they were busy...Bradley told me no problem & to pull around front. I couldn't believe he wanted to make sure all tires had the correct PSI! Because of our temps dropping, 2 of the 4 were very low. How efficient & kind to take the time to do it, and do it right. A few days later, I decided to go ahead and have my oil changed (since it was close to time) and I had the pleasure of working with River. Wow! I was taken care of quickly, showed my cabin filter (yuk!), tires & fluids looked good so I was ready to go! Price wasn't bad and it is SO nice to see such good customer service (like back in the day)!

I was more than satisfied with my oil change . I was serviced by Manager, Will Smith & cashier, Axel. Both were courteous, friendly & helpful; being a senior citizen that was appreciated. I will be a regular customer there!! And I liked the $15. Off coupon I found on line!!

Popping in today for a quick oil change didn't wait at all, the guys were quick efficient friendly and explained everything they did. Pretty good deal compared to other places in the area as far as pricing goes as well. Also one thing I really appreciated is they didn't try to upsell forcefully like other places I have been.

Oil change pricey but with $25 coupon not bad go for just the oil change its worth it.
