I had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Surfside, specifically because of Jessica. The other employees were very kind and used my first name in conversation throughout the experience, but Jessica really stood out. She was professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. Even though she had some bad news about my car to tell me, she presented it well, showed me the part and how it’s supposed to work compared to my vehicle’s. She really wanted me to leave there with all the facts and knowledge of my options. I appreciate the visual and her willingness to spend her time teaching me about the car parts. I will definitely be back!

I came here for an oil change because I found them on Groupon. Ryan, Jessica and the jiffy lube team provided FANTASTIC service and at freaky fast speed too! They were super friendly, welcoming, Accommodating, explanatory and I left with all my needs met for my car. The pricing was also very fair. I live in Charleston but my mom lives here in town so I will definitely be sending and recommending my friends and family to get their car serviced here! Thank you!

I drive an oversized vehicle and they were able to bring it in the bay and do a great service. The communication, professionalism, and overall work done was top notch. An oil change and rear differential service cost $332.31. Would come back to this location in the future. Thanks!

Never used this location before but I will be back. Had a conversation about my worship music I was playing with a man who makes pocket crosses for vets and others in need and he gave me one before I left! The gal with the blonde hair…also very friendly. Today was a great visit. Love that the employees respected my choice of music and engaged in conversation with me about it. I spoke with 4 employees start to finish and all were friendly, professional and courteous. 10/10

I like everything about the place except the price (not the employees fault) but I pay it anyway because the service is so quick, so good, so comprehensive. It's more than just an oil change. That's their secret sauce.

These people are excellent. As a widow of 22 years i would highly recommend going to this place in Surfside. Each person smiled and conversed, and took time to LISTEN and ANSWER questions. The jiffy lube at 920 US17 business is AMAZING affordable friendly and SO QUICK (depending on how busy they get of course!). They treated me and my family just like their own family from the time I called to ask a question to the time I left jiffy lube. I called talked to max, oil needed changing. however the last oil change I had at a completely DIFFERENT jiffy lube last year, two days later my engine blew in my car and I had to purchase a whole new vehicle. THIS jiffy lube on business 17;WILL NOT Disappoint YOU they even made it right and it wasn't their fault!!! They did me a favor and im so grateful for them!!! THANK YOU MAX AND ALL EMPLOYEES for treating us like family and getting us back on the road safely!!!!

Brakes went out on vacation. They jumped right on it. Took me and my daughter back to Ocean Lakes Campground until they finished and then picked us back up. Great service and real friendly employees. Recommend them to anybody.

Jody, Max, and Bryan are exemplary technicians/service-men. They took care of me all the while being exceedingly personable, friendly, and professional. Handsome too - which doesn’t hurt.

We were on vacation when our battery died. Went to advanced auto and they couldn't get the old one out. They sent us down the street to Jiffy lube and they put in the elbow grease and helped us install our new battery, for free! A great, friendly staff. 10/10 recommend

Fine job that I could see. Friendly and courteous. That's as high as I go with car work until I put some post work mileage on it. Couple of bad experiences. Max almost made me bend my rule. He even answered some questions with future car service recommendations.

Wonderful staff members very on point helped out in any repairs that was needed that I was unaware of and took care of all of the needs that I’m had to keep my car in good condition.
