Stopped by to have a pre purchase inspection for a vehicle I was considering. These guys were very thorough and gave updates regularly through the whole process. Really impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

Great customer service and they had an automotive technician there to address any needs we have with our vehicle. I will be going back to service all of my vehicles.

The management and all of the guys working there did a great job.And they always do at this location.This was on saturday this past week.And I couldn't be more pleased.

The attendant topped off my oil and noted my battery was corroded. He cleaned it and tested it and recommended I get a new battery which was in stock.

The last time I was at a jiffy lube, they didn't screw the cap back onto the oil pan good and my car leaked out all the oil, which is why I haven't been to a jiffy lube in years. These guys at this location was super nice and so far so good, AND, they explained everything well ?????

Been coming here since the location first opened. The guys here seem to be extremely well trained. I also like that I tend to see the same employees every time I come. Every single employee I've dealt with has been extremely professional and pleasant to work with. I'd like to shout out Lonzelle in particular, he's an absolute professional and super nice guy every time I see him. Thank you gentlemen!

These guys are the BEST!!! I would give 10 stars if I could! They are polite, they communicate during the process both with the customer and each other. They run like a well-oiled machine! I will say that I had a couple of unusual issues with my car and they even had their master mechanic come to the store to diagnose the issue. Ishmael, Kwan, and the entire crew did a great job start to finish. I would highly recommend this location (Rutherford Road in Taylors). Great job guys and thanks for being so positive when I was feeling overwhelmed!
