Very kind

This Jiffy Lube has been my go to oil change spot. The people are knowledgeable and helpful. They even changed out my headlight. (I had the bulb already). I think the cost was worth it. I had a coupon also. I I'll keep coming back to this one. Corner of Wade Hampton and Rutherford.

Came in and they got me out quick

Good morning on Friday I pulled up to the shop and was greeted by the young man Jason..Then Lynell came over to assist..I was directed to Ismael the General Manager to receive my discounted oil change...I just would like to say overall everyone who worked that shift were expectionally helpful..I was traveling to my next client and wasn't sure I would make it in time, but the guys got me out on time to make it to my next client in Spartanburg..So once again thank you guys and I truly apologize for not writing this review on Friday, but I had a very busy weekend, but I will see you guys when it's time for my next oil change...God bless you all

Everyone I interacted with there was extremely friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to help me and answer my questions.

Ishmael went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my tires after the wrong size was ordered. He made it more than alright and now I will always go to his location

Friendly and quick

I'm not really a car person so when I was relived that they could help me with my valve issues as well as replacing my oil. The guys here went above and beyond, I will definitely come back next time I'm in Taylor's and need car help.

From the moment I rolled in to the moment the job was complete, I felt genuinely appreciated. I absolutely loved seeing how the "Yes Sir" culture extended beyond just employee-to-customer interactions to employee-to-employee as well, reflecting an energetic and highly professional work environment. 100% yes, no question, I recommend absolutely :)

Wow, they were so fast almost didn't get to finish my delicious cup of complimentary coffee. Great service and did not push any services just advised and let you know how much. Will definitely be back.

Offered excellent and attentive service upon arrival. Very friendly guys who worked quickly and efficiently. The waiting room is also clean with coffee, water, and AC. Highly recommend
