The employees are friendly and are accommodating to your timeframe. They also explain everything in simple terms, making sure you know what services you’re receiving. Additionally the employees will do their best to get you a good price. For example they remind their customers that students get %15 off and coupons can be found on their website.

Improve customer service

My dad recommended this place to me because it's close to my college. I wasn't expecting much but I was so impressed with the service that I received today at Jiffy Lube. I went in for an oil change, and learned a lot about my car in the process. I was shown what my oil cap, air/cabin/oil filters were supposed to look like and how often each thing needed to be replaced/cleaned. Shout out to Scott who helped explain everything to me. He was so sweet and kind and for someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, he was very helpful and respectful. They helped me change a few additional things that I had no idea needed to be replaced and even vacuumed out the floor of my car. The total process took about 30 minutes for me just because I needed to ask what was what and figure out a coupon but they're definitely speedy! I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Jiffy Lube on Sunset Blvd to everyone!

Needed an oil change for work, couldn't get in during the normal operating hours. Had a chance to get in one morning, got there at 7:47 am the person in charge saw me waiting and offered to get me in so I wouldn't miss work. You're #1 in my book, Thanks so much!!

Thank you to Ray, Ashton. Freddie, and George for all working hard to get the fluids in my old range rover so fast and we'll. It helps give me peace of mind now when I go home. The man who talked to me the most was very sweet. He keeps calling himself fat, but he's not really fat lol.

The service was excellent and the customer service was truly top-tier. They took the time to explain what my car needed without trying to upsell or rush me, which I really appreciated. The wait time was quick, the team worked efficiently, and everything was done right the first time. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

The staff was so kind and helpful! They were able to asses the vehicle needs, communicate them and give an estimate in less than 5 minutes. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and they even vacuumed the front carpets! Well done, Jiffy Lube, Sunset Blvd, Wets Columbia!
