I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube, I really had to take a moment to share this. Joe, the manager, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He truly went above and beyond, especially when I explained I was working with a budget—he was patient, understanding, and genuinely worked with me instead of just trying to upsell me. Kevin and Riley were just as amazing. Their customer service was honestly through the roof—super professional, kind, and welcoming the entire time. You can tell they actually care about people, not just the job. Joe and I even had a real, genuine conversation about what I do for work, and it ended up being a vulnerable moment for me. That meant more than I expected—it’s rare to feel seen and heard like that in a place like this. We truly need more people like Joe, Kevin, and Riley in this world. Sending them many blessings and nothing but positivity. Thank you all again—I really appreciate you!

John and the crew did their thing on my vehicle. I went in for an oil change. Upgraded to a full tune up. Pricing wasn't bad for all that I got done. Got all my services done in a timely manner. And the rest of the team was great. Lots of laughs. I found a home for all my vehicle needs.

Busy but not bad. Great crew and quality work done. Prices were fair and in line with other shops. Great deal on wiper blades!

This visit consisted of me receiving a oil change, coolant, and having a scan to see the reason for my engine light coming on. All services were completed in an amazing amount of time! After 1 day of allowing the fluids to flow through the car, my engine light turned off no problem! These men get the job done EVERY TIME!

Meant to post this a while ago but I got an oil change right before I went on my thanksgiving trip and, I believe his name was John, was WONDERFUL. Went above and beyond for my service and to make sure I got a good deal. Will come back just for him!

Shop manager, John, was super helpful. Not only was he so pleasant during a very busy time at the shop, he also made time to check in with me throughout my visit and explained anything extra that needed to be done. I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent service

When I arrived for my oil change, I was greeted immediately. I probably had to wait in the lobby about 12-15 minutes at the most which I was very pleased for such prompt and fast service that I received. I will be returning. Thanks R. Smith

These guys are courteous and friendly. I ended up with two rats nests in my air filter compartments and they cleaned them out and didn't complain! I brought my second car in for an oil change and tire rotation and the associate helped me shave $50 off of the final coat. They generally help me lower the cost of the visit thru coupons or rebates. Service is relatively fast too (unless you end up with two rats nests in your car)

John S at 520 Bell Road was quick to help and very knowledgeable about the company's products and services. He offered recommendations, and he explained why each was important. There seriously needs to be a John S at every Jiffy Lube location. The grounds and waiting area are also very clean at this location.

They were efficient and helpful. They checked all the fluids as every ship should, but they discussed it with me without me having to check with them to see if they did it.
