Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 520 BELL RD, ANTIOCH, TN, 37013-2002

Really great staff they know what they’re doing And they were super nice and talkative through the whole process!

Excellent attention from all its employees

I’ve been using Jiffy Lube for several years now and I love them. I used to do this stuff myself for years but at 76, it’s time to let it go and just drive through. I have stopped in for Jiffy Lube service in 4 states and it has been sensational every time.

Service is always great .

Excellent crew. Always nice and courteous.

Kevin and Joe had me in and out of there and were so kind.

Friendly and professional with quick service. Thanks!

I really love the atmosphere and the quality that you showed me.

Kevin and Joe are who helped me out with my oil change, and they were incredibly kind and quick! It was also very reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend coming to see them!

They are all very friendly here and Mr. Joe answers all of my questions and is very patient with me .

Very good thank so much

Good price and great service for my windshield wipers!

Very trying day for me. Car shut off soon as I hit the parking lot of Jiffy Lube. The whole staff didn’t hesitate to help and figure out exactly what I needed. Wonderful group of guys. Fast and correct is what I like. And also, great prices! Thanks again guys!

Very nice and professional people. Done a great job on my oil change and cabin air filter

Didn’t try to upsell me when asked questions about my car. Straight forward and honest guys

Our first time at jiffy lube and we had an amazing experience here. The staff was very helpful especially Kevin, Bradley, and Joseph. Super quick too!

Awesome dudes in that shop

I came for service back in March and they over tightened the oil filter housing. Came back and let them know the issue and they fixed it replacing it with a metal housing instead of the plastic I had before.

Service was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly and were great about answering any questions I had!

The service technician was incredible. I was here from out of town and needed service on a car I just purchased. They took care of me and provided great customer service.

Very friendly and informative staff. Great customer service skills

Tyre rotation. Done within 15 minutes. Felt the effect of the good job down almost immediately, as I was driving out of the station.

5-star service! Honest technicians, great communication, and very fair pricing. They took the time to explain the maintenance plan for my car, and I felt completely confident in their work. Reliable and highly recommended!!
