Such great service and nice people working at this Jiffy Lube location.

Pulled into Jiffy Lube with a flat tire because they were the closest auto service location hoping they would let me air up enough to get home safely. They were incredibly helpful in assessing that air alone was not going to get me all the way home, helped me put on my spare, and educated me on the options available for the tire in question - with a screw in the sidewall. While I didn't make a purchase from them, the team did not hesitate to give me multiple options to get me safely on my way or leave my car overnight until I had time to call a tow truck. I will definitely do business with them in the future when it's time for an oil change or other service they provide.

I just left the Jiffy Lube on Carruthers Parkway in Brentwood and had the most amazing experience with Scott. I don't typically take my car to Jiffy Lube because I allow the dealership to service it, but I was one quart low and Didn't have my scheduled maintenance for another week. Scott was extremely kind, personable, knowledgeable, and was able to top off my level and provided great knowledge as well. Customer service...at its FINEST! Thanks so much! Quick and nice staff and also helpful staff as the ski plate for my car was not in good condition he is showed me and gave me a helpful opinion to fix that.

I work in the area, so I dropped my vehicle off with Zach for oil change and rotation and told him he could take his time, there was no rush. They still got it done quickly. Great service and communication! See you in about 5000 miles!

They got me in and out quickly however it’s quite expensive even with coupons. The synthetic oil change ended up costing more than it would have at the dealer. It shouldn’t be that way.

Great experience with the team here. I was in and out within a reasonable time. They offered but didn't push on services, and made it a pleasant experience.

More and more, I’ve found “service aint what it used to be”… happy to say that in December when I brought my Audi in for an oil change, this team did a great job. While performing the service, they simultaneously checked and adjusted by tire pressure and filled all of my fluids… without me asking! They were kind and courteous. We will be back with our other vehicles.

I recently visited Jiffy Lube's Carothers Pkwy location expecting a routine oil change, but I was pleasantly surprised to find above and beyond service! As a long time Jiffy Lube customer, I already had trust in the company to do a straightforward service. However, my first experience this past week in this location set a new standard apart from all of my previous services and various locations and here is why: 1. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and given a reasonable wait estimate by Scott & Donald. 2. Once Scott directed me into the garage for service, the staff was proactive and communicative. I was really impressed by the teamwork between Scott and Diana for being so young. They were mature, professional, and very knowledgable. 3. I casually mentioned that I may need fluids topped off and the tire pressure checked. I didn't expect them to go out of their way to follow up on those things, but they did. Their team not only worked together to perform my oil change, but were informative regarding tire rotation, pressure checks, and fluids. 4. They didn't just change my oil and send me off. They were throughout and took the time to check my engine filter and air cabin filter. 5. They didn't need to push products or services in order for me to invest in services. Their professionalism, teamwork, and communication increased my trust and made me more inclined to pay for all the necessary services, including the oil change. To me, this is what builds credibility and long term customers. I appreciate the above and beyond approach they took to their work and will most certainly be back to this location in the future!

I had my oil changed at the location on Carothers. i did not get everybody's name, but they were all friendly, helpful and caring. They offered me water, as well as information and explanations, All with a smile, thank you. Rocky, you have a good thing going there.

The team at the Jiffy Lube in Cool springs are top notch! They got the job done got me in and out and communicated during the process. They were also funny and you could tell worked well together. I will be back.

This was a fantastic experience!! I only waited a few minutes for them to finish who they were working with, then the oil change itself was super quick. There was great communication asking which oil/service I wanted and at the end they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. The gentlemen were very polite and personable and as a single woman I felt safe the whole time I was there. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this Jiffy to a friend and I've found the place I will keep coming back to!

Great guys who were helpful and respectful

I am new to the area and needed an oil change on my BMW X3. I carry an oil filter since I have had problems with previous shops not having the proper filter in stock. Zach was quite knowledgeable regarding my vehicle and had all of the necessary materials available. Work was performed quickly and professionally by all service technicians. The price was a bit high, but what isn’t these days. Great experience. I will be back.
