Staff is always friendly. Thought I may have needed air filter in addition to Oil change but they checked and it still looked very good. I appreciate technicians being honest and letting you know if you don't need something. Always in and out quickly. Only thing I noticed on receipt is it states "Declined" by some of the signature services like checking lights, wiper blades, air in tires , clean windshield. I did not decline, I wasn't asked and assume that is part of the service. I didn't realize it wasn't done, I wasn't paying attention until I saw the receipt stating "Declined" . Not a biggie, didn't really need but I didn't decline. I think they possibly just forgot or by me saying just oil change they thought I didn't want the other things checked. I do like what is included with signature service to be done but all is good!

Fantastic experience all the way around. Was just zn oil change, but the friendliness of each person was something out of this world.

Oil change service was courteous and very quick, and they let me know about some automotive issues I need to address in the near future. I consistently have a good experience at this particular location.

Very informative about process and updates on repairs that may be needed in the future.

Everyone was so helpful and went above and beyond. Matt, Rivers, and Isaac took care of everything and were quick and efficient. They did an amazing job and were happy and welcoming.

Best place to go! I brought my car in because my brakes gave out and they took the time to walk me through what was wrong and how they would fix it. I appreciated how transparent and respectful they were. You can tell they actually care about their customers. I personally highly recommend them!

Professional and everything is very clean Very nice employees

Quick and easy, with friendly staff.

All the employees are nice informative. They could have charged me to fix my tire instead they recommended I returned to the store I bought it and get it replaced there under warranty.

As a woman I always feel uncomfortable taking my car anywhere, but Jiffy Lube employees are different. They never make me feel that I shouldn’t be there. They never dismiss any questions that I may have.

Excellent service - great team. Very thorough. Took the time to explain options and answered all questions in a way that helped me understand. Didn’t try to upsell me at every opportunity which I appreciated - there’s nothing worse than going in for an oil service and being sold everything short of a new steering wheel.

Technicians were kind and efficient!

I got a conventional oil change and it took no time at all. They even asked if I had any coupons which I did. Super friendly staff, wry professional, and I definitely found my new oil change place. I also love that they didn’t push any services on me like other places have. Definitely a great place, and I will be coming back!

Great experience across the board! The staff was super friendly and explained things very clearly. Pricing was fair. Service was quick. Highly recommend! Shout out to Charles who was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and walked me through all the steps they were taking to keep my old car healthy and on the road. Will definitely be back for tune ups and repairs!

Positive experience at Jiffy Lube for transmission fluid and brake fluid. They would have done the coolant too, but the design of my Traverse prevented them accessing it. Everyone was professional and there was no surprise when it came time to pay. They also discovered a screw in my tire and were able to patch it. The price was less than what the dealership quoted me.

Jesse Millwood went above and beyond. Give that man a raise!

I’ve gone to Jiffy Lube multiple times over the last few years, and every time I am met with reliable, knowledgeable, and professional employees.

Rivers and Charles are the best! I was the biggest dumbass in the world and I didn’t follow directions which led to me driving my car into the pit. They immediately jumped to action and solved the problem while at the same time keeping the situation light and even removed the car gently so as not to spill my coffee. They somehow lifted my car out without a bit of damage. Not once did they give me dirty looks or poke fun even though I deserved it! I was not charged for inconveniencing them and then they did my oil change in what felt like 30 seconds. Fantastic crew!!

I took my car here for my oil change and the guy who helped me was so nice!! I think his name was Jesse but I could be wrong. He was super patient and informed me about everything I was worried about. I will definitely be back

We always have a wonderful experience. They are friendly, fast, and professional. This time we think a conscientious technician may have found and solved an issue we had been having since we purchased our vehicle and that the dealership couldn’t even resolve. Added bonus!
