They were fast and friendly, but they didnt check some of the basic things my receipt said that they checked.

Went in for an oil change. Paid around $120 for 0W-20 full synthetic. They didn’t try to charge me for extra unneeded stuff like an air filter. Or press at all when I said no, anything like that. I was in and out within 30 minutes with a mini cooper (so working on it is a pain in the ass) They answered any questions I had like about the liqui molly oil for my car, how difficult it was to change the oil if I wanted to do it at home, what they suggested, etc. I usually do my oil changes at home myself but will probably just go here for the convenience and customer service I received.

Brought our truck into jiffy for an oil change and had a great experience! Been quite a while since going to a jiffy, but now looking forward to going back. Forgot how nice it is to just chill in the truck and watch everyone get the job done. ??

The staff was amazing, especially the young lady who waited on me. I will bring my other vehicles here as well.

Jiffy Lube on Wilma Rudolph is my place to go when Asking some questions about my car. If they can’t do it, they also give recommendations to certain places or How they would do it. And I like how they explain everything give me tips on how to Maintains service in between services.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. Even though they didn’t have the specific technology needed to fix my particular issue, they still went above and beyond. They performed a quick scan for me to determine if I needed to seek out a full-service mechanic. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to help me figure out my next steps.
