Great workers their sales skills were on point and they addressed concerns unrelated to the service. Even offering alternative services that could address them as well as having great customer service. The price was crazy expensive I'm glad my company pays for this but as an alternative they discounted the price since I had a viable filter and oil on hand.

The staff has consistently demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and transparency. I have entrusted them with the maintenance of both my and my wife's vehicles for several years, and our experience to date has been entirely satisfactory.

They were fast and friendly, but they didnt check some of the basic things my receipt said that they checked.

Went in for an oil change. Paid around $120 for 0W-20 full synthetic. They didn’t try to charge me for extra unneeded stuff like an air filter. Or press at all when I said no, anything like that. I was in and out within 30 minutes with a mini cooper (so working on it is a pain in the ass) They answered any questions I had like about the liqui molly oil for my car, how difficult it was to change the oil if I wanted to do it at home, what they suggested, etc. I usually do my oil changes at home myself but will probably just go here for the convenience and customer service I received.

Brought our truck into jiffy for an oil change and had a great experience! Been quite a while since going to a jiffy, but now looking forward to going back. Forgot how nice it is to just chill in the truck and watch everyone get the job done. ??
