I've been driving from Oak Ridge to Jiffy Lube in Clinton for years because they always take such good care of me. I never have any issues with them. Theyre thoughtful and respectful, whipe going above and beyond expectations. Emily is usually the person who checks me in and out and she is always kind and eager to help. I will continue to make the trip to Clinton for their services. Please keep up the good work! You are appreciated.

Everyone was really nice and got my car done fast.

They were very professional and the work was done in a timely manner

Impressed with friendliness of employees. Made me feel like I was an important customer. Very efficient. No time wasted. Checked all fluids. Checked wiper blades. I knew I needed one on windshield but had forgot. They showed me and the one on back window. Sale buy one, get one. Second one on front was OK. Being a senior they could have told me it was bad also. They didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't need. Explained everything. Really appreciated at the end one yound man reset my oil sendsor on my steering wheel. Didn't even know I had one. I took my last Rav 4 to you guys. I know I can trust you.

Staff was excellent!!! Was able to help the second I arrived, I recommend every one stop by the jiffy lube in Clinton for their car needs.

The young technician explained to us that her air filter for the outside was in pretty bad shape and showed it to me and explained that they had one in stock if I decided to which in turn I did and it's blowing so much better and a top off warranty for her making model and I am very appreciative of them and I highly recommend. Plus they're running a $26 promotional coupon for new customers at this given time valid until 8/8\26 if I'm not mistaken May God bless and we will certainly be back and it took less than 20 minutes if I was to guess it was more like 15 in and out.

No wait when i went for my oil change! Super fast service. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Answered my questions. And got me back on the road quickly! This was my third visit and I'll definitely go back! Highly recommend th e Clinton, Tennessee Jiffy Lube.

I actually enjoyed getting my oil changed for the 1st time in my life. Never been to a stay in your car , fast oil change place like Jiffy lube. The employees were nice and beyond helpful and I will definitely be taking both of my cars to Jiffy lube in Clinton from now on. Thanks!

I had a great experience at this location. I had two lovely ladies assist me and they were very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job and helped me save some money. They were also really patient with my dog who wouldn’t stop barking in the back seat lol. 5 star service!

Really like going here! The kids are local and well trained. The process is smooth and the price is reasonable - I mean it's 2026 and my car is old enough to use synthetic stuff so ... I'm not sure what all they did (not my lane) but they were calling out to one another to verify this and that was done; manager was checking things off as he heard the replies. They have never tried to upsell me and I TRULY appreciate that!!!

They are always quick and nice. They do not push anything extra when you tell them no. We will continue going there.

Was taken in straight away and my oil was changed immediately, they checked my fluids and air filters and changed what needed to be . In and out in 20 minutes, last place I had my oil changed took 4 hours. Very happy with the customer service and the manager .
