Traveling, stopped to get the oil changed. Got in immediately, fabulous customer service from start to finish.

Thanks! -Jeff I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years, and today’s visit was noticeably different—in a good way. It was obvious the team has gone through some type of training or service transformation. Every employee consistently communicated before interacting with me (“Would you mind if I open your door?” or “Would you start your car, please?”), each step of the process was announced, and the team used clear call-and-response communication that gave me confidence they were following a consistent process. At times, the interactions felt scripted, and I still left with the familiar feeling of being encouraged to purchase additional services. But I’d much rather see a team learning a new standard of customer care than a team with no standard at all. Overall, I was genuinely impressed by the significant behavioral change compared to my previous visits. Keep refining the authenticity, and this could become an exceptional customer experience.

Just got my oil, change and transmission fluid changed. They were extremely professional and kind. I will definitely be working with them down the road.

The work was completed to a high standard, and communication was clear and timely.

Alan, Nathan, & Carl were knowledgeable, professional, and fast! Even short-handed they get my services completed so quickly I had time to get my wife’s car from her office so they could take care of her as well. We’ll absolutely be using this location in the future.

I had my oil changed and then my car was making a noise. They told me to come back and it was something completely unrelated to the service they did but they were able to remove the broken piece under my car that was making the noise. All but one guy was super patient, kind and informative. I will be going to them for all my services going forward. Stellar service

The most wonderful jiffy lube ever Everytime I come to this store I leave with bountiful joy. Words cannot express how much I love this place and it saves me so much time and money. The technician "erwin" in particular is a great member of their team and always silences all my silly little worries with his automotive expertise

Carl was very nice and knowledgeable when I went to get a quote on fixing my front brakes. I went back to have them replaced a few days later and he remembered me and I had great service. Reasonably priced. Will be going back when my car has other issues. Highly recommend!
