I almost didn’t want to write a review because I don’t want a lot of people to start coming to this location. However, time after time, I continue to receive exceptional service here, so I can’t keep gatekeeping. Daniel and his team always make you feel welcome, as if they are genuinely happy to do their jobs. I always leave feeling informed about the work completed and confident in the quality of service provided to my car. Whether it’s an oil change, a low tire, or a brake replacement, I will keep coming back. This location is great!!

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube at both at 350 west Main Street and 1015 west Main Street. Both have always been great.They move at a fast pace and they are friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Bailey, Collin, JB, and Hayden. They have been there since I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube. Really nice group of guys.

I brought my older car in for an oil change. They were quick but thorough. A previous business didn't tell me about a problem they jury-rigged a fix for. I'll need to eventually get it fixed at a full service shop but I appreciate these guys giving me the heads up. They have integrity & much appreciated!!

Excellent job. Immediate, friendly welcome, updates during and easy checkout. It was fast service with water available for custoners in the waiting area and a clean restroom. Thank you all, especially Collin who was the one I had contact with.

Rarely do a write a review about an oil change place, but just had a very pleasant experience with Daniel and his crew here at the Jiffy Lube in Hendersonville. Great service, friendly atmosphere and makes me want to come back and get my oil changed here. Again, never wrote a review about an oil change place, but these guys did such a great job. I felt like it needed to be shared.

These two technicians did it by the book…thorough, careful to check to see if caps were back on tight, drips were cleaned up, and they communicated with me about what they found and didn’t find. No up- selling. Reasonable price.

Team in Hendersonville, Main street, extremely nice. Explained in detail the issues with my truck and what it would take to fix. I received GREAT customer service.

I unexpectedly needed an oil change, and Jiffy Lube was the closest place. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and clean lobby and actually quick service. Plus the manager was very friendly and efficient. I wish there was a location in my town!

Once again great service from these guys. I really appreciate their attention to detail on their walk around on my vehicle. They noticed my rear differential was leaking and I had no idea. Now I can get that taken care of before it causes major damage.

I was in and out in 20 minutes. Daniel was a true gentleman and knew exactly what he was talking about. He did not make a huge deal of upselling which I appreciated. Everything was a perfect 10!

My oil change service was efficient! Collin and the team at this location were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt that I could trust my car with them. Overhearing their teamwork and effective communication truly made me feel confident that my car was going to be taken care of. I used to worry that places like jiffy lube would try and scam me, but today totally shifted my perception. Collin gave me a rundown of my car as part of the service, recommendations to keep my car in good condition, and wrote down for me what didn’t print out on the report. I highly recommend coming to this location!
