Quality Service at a GREAT price. Manager Michael, and Techs Frank and Ty (Hermitage, TN), did an excellent, professional job on our 2013 Hyundai Sonata. They performed a brake fluid exchange using the proper method for vacuum extraction. In fact, they were so good, I brought our Mazda CX-5 in for the same service. They charged 1/3 less than our mechanic, and less than half of a well known competitor. If you live near this Jiffy Lube, stop in.

I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube! The manager Ty, is absolutely incredible and sets the standard for outstanding customer service. She was professional attentive and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Marquisha, Jonathan and Ryland as well! Each of them was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. You can truly tell this team works well together and cares about their customers. Marquesa, Eboni and Ryland were absolutely great. They communicated with me during the entire visit and made sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns before I left. I heard them verbally confirm every step of the oil change with each other to ensure every step was completed properly. They were thorough with explaining everything they did and they also checked all the vehicle fluids to include topping off the windshield washer fluid. Thank you for the great service!
