Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 2801 N ROAN ST, JOHNSON CITY, TN, 37601-1505

The employees at Jiffy Lube in Johnson City have always done a great job when my car has needed an oil change, fluid top off, etc. Thank you for making an unpleasant car task look easy.

I prefer this place over any dealership in Johnson City. They are extremely nice and get it done to the point. The manager is really Great and knowledgeable. He spent his time explaining things to me and I’m glad that I don’t have to go to a dealership and wait three hours to have my oil changed. I am confident in their work and will continue to come to this location. I’m driving a 6.2 L And I’m very happy about the free oil top ups. Quality work thank you

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years due to their quick service, respectful staff, and reliable recommendations and repairs.

Fast and friendly people get you in and out..

I regularly return to this business because I can depend on the staff to be transparent about what services they did, any incidental findings, and recommendations for further diagnostics or services. I have a car that is 20+ yrs old and they cover all the basic maintenance checks. They do all this with courtesy, professionalism and smiles!

Everyone was very professional and kind. They informed me throughout the entire oil change and gave me the option to fill my antifreeze or not when they realized the reservoir was low. It was a very good experience and I didnt feel taken advantage of like I have other places (because I'm a woman).

The employees are great and knowledgeable.

Excellent experience - in and out in about 15 minutes. Car vacuumed, no hard sell on other options. Highly recommend this business.

They topped off the oil and installed the missing serpentine belt. Both were free because of getting the oil changed there. ????????????
