Every once in awhile I try to go to a different place, just because of scheduling and so forth. I always end up back here. If you're tired of being advertised to and having people be pushy, go here. They recommend things if they need to, but you never feel pressured and you never feel like you're being lied to. It's just a nice, normal place where they do a good job without the drama.

Efficient servicing and very courteous staff! Been getting my oil change servicing done for past 2+ years.

I had an oil leak which I didn't know where it was coming from. I stopped by and the team checked and told me it was from the oil filter. They put a new gasket on and filled my oil which was three quarts low. Two thumbs up!

I always go to Jiffy Lube on North Roan St. In Johnson City. They are fast, we can just stop by anytime, and they do a great job. Every employee has always been nice to us. Will definitely keep coming back.

I was extremely impressed with the service at Jiffy Lube today. The team was incredibly fast—I was in and out in no time, which is exactly what you want from a quick-service location. They also did a truly good job; everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I noticed the final price ended up being $5 more than the initial quote I received However, considering the overall speed and high quality of the work, it’s a very minor point. I would still definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location for their efficiency and great service.

I brought my 25 year old Chevy S10 in for an oil change and lube. The technicians checked everything and spent extra time getting the transmission fluid level just right. At the end, I got a full report on everything that was done. The techs that I met were very professional and courteous. I really like Jiffy Lube!

Always very professional and courteous. I would give a 5 star rating but I needed a new air filter and they didn't have mine in stock. I have a 3.6 liter v6 which is a very common engine. I just thought it was a little odd that they wouldn't have a filter. Other than that I am very pleased as always with their service.
