Got an oil change before heading back towards Michigan. The guys here were very professional, happy to help, and even made for some good laughs. If we're ever back in the area and need an oil change....we will definitely be coming back here.

I recently had my oil changed and tires rotated at the Chapman Highway Knoxville, Tennessee Jiffy Lube. I have used this oil change place for a few years. These young men are so professional and sweet and had me in and out quickly. They have always done a great job for me!

Stopped by for an oil change, in and out in 15 minutes. Nice people, took a coupon no hassle, didn't offer anything the car didn't need. Will definitely be using them going forward.

Went in for an oil change today on my husband’s truck because he was in an accident and can’t drive. The guys there went above and beyond to help. Wonderful service we will definitely be bringing our vehicles here for service.

Good service

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It took about 29 minutes from the time I hopped out until I was on my way. Multi-points checked, tires rotated and topped off (air) and oil/filtered changed. The staff was very friendly and updated me along the way. I’m pleased with the service and will return again.

I stopped by to get an oil change for my Subaru Outback and found the service to be speedy and the staff to be very courteous. I was unhappy that my car was parked outside (after service) with the driver door open and the window down--and it was raining moderately. I told the crew that I wasn't happy that the inside was getting wet, and one of them ran up to my car, apologized, and started wiping the door with a microfiber. He explained that he didn't realize I wouldn't be out immediately (I was paying inside), and that's why he left the car open for me. I was impressed with his apology and his fast action.

This is the only place I trust my vehicles with. I prefer them over local dealerships. Been coming here for years. Give them your business, you won't be disappointed.

They treated me well. Although they didn’t tighten my oil cap all the way. I only noticed when my check engine light turned on. I did enjoy the windshield wiper coupon though.
