Good service

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It took about 29 minutes from the time I hopped out until I was on my way. Multi-points checked, tires rotated and topped off (air) and oil/filtered changed. The staff was very friendly and updated me along the way. I’m pleased with the service and will return again.

I stopped by to get an oil change for my Subaru Outback and found the service to be speedy and the staff to be very courteous. I was unhappy that my car was parked outside (after service) with the driver door open and the window down--and it was raining moderately. I told the crew that I wasn't happy that the inside was getting wet, and one of them ran up to my car, apologized, and started wiping the door with a microfiber. He explained that he didn't realize I wouldn't be out immediately (I was paying inside), and that's why he left the car open for me. I was impressed with his apology and his fast action.

This is the only place I trust my vehicles with. I prefer them over local dealerships. Been coming here for years. Give them your business, you won't be disappointed.

The staff were very nice and knowledgeable will return. I can't remember the names of the two men who helped me out, but I can say they made me feel welcome and great about my visit. Keep up the good work, guys.

They treated me well. Although they didn’t tighten my oil cap all the way. I only noticed when my check engine light turned on. I did enjoy the windshield wiper coupon though.

Very professional and friendly. I’ve been putting off getting my oil changed due to the fear of judgment that it was a little overdue. There was no judgment present and they were eager to assist with both an oil change and tire rotation.

I have been bringing my cars to Jiffy Lube for over 20 years. The Chapman Hwy. location is my favorite. I know that I can stop in there if a dash light comes on and I don’t know what it means (my tire pressure was low) or if the car is making a strange noise or pulling to the right. The Jiffy Lube mechanics keep my car running smoothly and keep me safe. That’s important because most of my driving is done with my grandchildren in the car. And they are the most important thing in the world to me. Thank you, Jiffy Lube.

I could not understand the man that gave me updates and took my payments. Sounded like he had mush in his mouth. He was very kind. I had to remind him I didn''t get a sticker.

Got my oil changed in a speedy manner. Had to wait for a couple cars but they gave me a wait time, which I accepted. They were thorough and even washed my windows, including rear views. I had a coupon which made it a good deal compared to competitors. I will be back.

I've been using Jiffy lube for years, every since I met Joe Gleason probably 27 years ago. He was so pleasant to speak to. The guys who work the chapman hy. store in South Knoxville where I grew up are always so friendly. I count on a kind word as I really get tired of being treated like a # not a name!

Quick oil change, reasonable price, friendly staff. They weren't able to fix my serpentine belt at this location but were happy to contact me with a mechanic
