I come to the location every single time for my oil change and have never had any issues. They are quick and professional. I will continue to come to this location as long as they stay open. Cant beat the coupons either. Lots of savings. 10/10 recommend.

I had an oil change with Jiffy Lube off of Clinton Hwy this weekend. The service was very courteous and I can't say enough about the customer service which is hard to find nowadays. Josh was awesome and a great person to represent your brand. I definitely will suggest them to anyone in need of a quick oil change.

Doug (I think was his name) is awesome! I made the mistake of going to Big O Tires down the road for an oil change, and soon after my car was puffing white smoke out the exhaust pipe. Doug told me to bring it over, and he got it fixed in about 30 minutes while changing the windshield wipers and filling up the wiper fluid (something Big O also didnt do). Turns out my oil was overfilled by about 2 quarts. I will always come here now!! Thanks yall! Give Doug a raise!

These guys were very kind and helpful in regards to get my transmission worked on! Honestly I was just happy I didn’t have to drive my car over the pit myself because I SUCK AT DOING THAT! I was one of their first customers of the day arriving BEFORE OPEN TIME and they were still very kind and gracious with me! They have a comfortable place for you to sit down that offers coffee and a vending machine! The sink situation in the restroom is kind of odd but if it works it works! Highly recommend will be back!

Only needed A Fluid Top off and check Tire Pressure they found I had a small pin Nail, and suggested they could help with a Tire when I was ready VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!!

I went here for the first time this week for an oil change while I was on my lunch break. They were very professional and thorough. They took the time to explain what my oil change options were, treated my vehicle as their own, and even recognized that the charmander plushie on my dashboard is one of the best starter Pokémon. I appreciate the time they took to build rapport and show genuine interest in a customer. After the oil change, I still had time to go grab something to eat and make it back to the office in plenty of time. I will definitely be back. And they get extra points for playing good music out in the shop. Great experience for something so mundane as an oil change!

I love the staff at this location. Always friendly, always timely. I usually just stop in for an oil change but today they installed a cam position sensor for me...didn't know they could do that. But yep they have a guy available.

Great experience. I came in without an appointment and they got me in and done very fast. Explained to me what all my car needed at that time and the cost, so I could decide what I could afford.

Jiffy Lube is my go to for oil change they also do transmission oil change, they make it so easy and enjoyable, the guys are so friendly and easy going, all you do is tell them what you need done and they’ll take care of the rest, I have been going to the location on Clinton hwy for years and the service is always wonderful! Quick oil change, & vacuum. They let me know what was wrong with the car..I didn't get everything but I know I will do it..I don't live in Knoxville but I appreciate it.
