Great service friendly staff super quick.

Jiffy Lube is my go to for oil change they also do transmission oil change, they make it so easy and enjoyable, the guys are so friendly and easy going, all you do is tell them what you need done and they’ll take care of the rest, I have been going to the location on Clinton hwy for years and the service is always wonderful! Quick oil change, & vacuum. They let me know what was wrong with the car..I didn't get everything but I know I will do it..I don't live in Knoxville but I appreciate it.

Excellent service friendly environment

I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube on Clinton Highway! The customer service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The team was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. I honestly had no idea what my car needed, but they walked me through my options without making me feel pressured or uncomfortable. The wait time was very reasonable, and they worked efficiently while still making sure everything was done right. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free experience. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone needing car service!

Fast and easy service, 10/10!

Everyone was very nice and helpful over all it was a great experience! Very quickly done! Only thing I didn’t like was that the air filter for my car the prices was way marked up $30 more than if I would have got it elsewhere.

I've used Jiffy Lube since I was a young driver all across the USA, they're not only quick, but also very polite, knowledable and honest. Pardon this pun, but they won't "steer" you wrong.

Jiffy Lube on Clinton Hwy is one the best places to get your oil change. They are quick and efficient, I pulled up to get an oil changed and he said it’ll take them about 45 minutes because they were a little behind but they finished it in 20 minutes. I’ve been going to this Jiffy Lube for the last 5 years when I first got my car. Keep up the great work guys!

Always honest, fast and professional.

Very fast and thorough service with explanations of everything performed.

I came in with a coupon for free wipers ($60 value) with the Signature service ($99 full synthetic oil change, and tire rotation). They replaced the air cabin filter and the engine air filter, which were dirty looking. My bill looked high, when I got to my next stop, so I called back. He did not give me the $60 discount for the wipers. I had to drive back to get the amount corrected. It was still high @202.90. The gentleman also tried to tell me that (at less than 19,000 miles), I needed new brakes and that the rear brakes were worse than the front (unusual). No car, even driven hard, which as a retired person, mine is not, needs brakes before 30,000 miles! I have used this Jiffy Lube for 4 years because my fiance' recommended them. At first, I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me as a woman. But, as an edit, the manager and the owner have both called and apologized to me. They also let me get my tires rotated at no charge. It was a comedy of errors, so I can't give a perfect 5 this time, but maybe next time.
