The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. I had a blinker light out and they changed it! It was all done in a timely manner as well. They also gave me coupons for future oil changes and services! ??

Very quick and they saved me money by telling me I didn’t need my tires rotated. 10/10, I really appreciate an honest mechanic.

Quick and excellent service for an oil change. The only location we go to for our Kia vehicles. They always do the job right, don’t oversell things not needed, and do so with friendly attitudes.

The employees at this jiffy lube are SO kind. My car has been a very expensive problem this year and when my oil started leaking, I panicked! From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, I was met with so much kindness. The employees talked me through the problem and made me feel so much better. As a student living hours away from home, it can be scary to have car problems, but I would bring my car back here every time. I can’t recommend them enough.

I stopped because I had a death wobble in my inner tire Rod is stripped. They went ahead and took care of it and help me free of charge because they didn’t have the proper equipment here but they got me together so I can drive to a mechanic and I just wanted to give a shout out to Gabriel. If you guys have anything you need please stop at Jiffy Lube off of Cedar Bluff.

Service was great. The workers are always friendly and very helpful. They even washed my windows, and side view mirrors while I waited in the car as my oil was being changed.

Came in for a squeaky belt but they found an important safety issue to fix first. Normally this is not good but Randy and the team helped us find the right part and fixed it right. Great service and excellent communication. We will be back!

I tried Jiffy Lube on Cedar Bluff a few weeks ago for my oil change. The service was wonderful and the crew were all so helpful. I had just bought the car they serviced and was unfamiliar with all the new things on the car. They were so nice to take care of those things for me. I really appreciated the extra mile they went to help me and service my car so well.

Have been going to this Jiffy Lube for years for oil changes and certain repairs. Team is always friendly and takes time to explain any extra work they recommend. I trust them and never feel they are trying to invent ways to sell me more goods & services.

I have been coming to this Jiffy lube for the last four years. These guys (and girls) are simply the best: very professional, efficient, friendly, thorough and honest. I would rate them right up there with Mother Teresa. Definitely five stars.

This Jiffy Lube is incredible! They change the oil quickly and advise me on other things that I may need to do for my car. I recommend them highly!

I was able to pull in and advise staff what I needed and got the entire process done in a few minutes. They did not try to sell me unnecessary items.

The service is always great when I go for my oil change. The guys are friendly and informative. They always let me know if there is anything going on with my vehicle or if I need additional services. They never over sale and I trust them with my vehicle.

Pulled in to check my tire because it was low. A nail was in it. They patched it and I drove away in about 15 to 20 minutes.

In and out in 15 minutes. Quick , clean and reasonably priced service
