The guys there are very diligent and the management is great. They were able to diagnose an issue with my battery during an oil change early. I was able to diagnose the issue later on when there was a smell and replace it before it became a huge inconvenience. They are always very respectful.

I was going to be in the Knoxville area, and happened to need an oil change, so I purposely went to the Jiffy Lube on Kingston Pike Saturday morning.. The guys there are friendly, and I trust them to tell me what I need done, without pushing for services I don't need. I'm glad i have a reliable place to take my car.

I've taken three different vehicles here several times each over the last three years and have received excellent service every time. This is an exceptionally high quality location. For basic routine maintenance and upkeep there isn't a better place to go.

Fast service and very professional.

My daughter brought her car in for an oil change. She is away at college and always worries she will be upcharged because she is a young lady. No worries, the staff were friendly and fair.

I have used Jiffy Lube just about exclusively for my last 3 vehicle's. Possibly 4 vehicles. They are fast, professional, and I haven't had any problems with them. The price seems standard. I don't do a lot of Oil Change price comparisons.

The techs at this location were friendly and fast. They answered all my questions about some things I was concerned with.

Usually I go to other places for oil changes, but stopped by Jiffy Lube on a whim on 3/25/26 around 2:45-3:00ish. There was no line at the time, and I was in and out pretty quick. All employees were kind, professional, and I didn’t feel like they were pressuring me into upselling anything. Also wanted to give a shoutout to the guy who took care of my service, I can’t remember the man’s name, but I’m guessing he was a shift lead or manager. He was the reason that I’ll come back.

Quickest and most efficient oil change / tire rotation I’ve ever had! I was able to come and get this done on my 30-minute break and they were so helpful and made the experience seamless!

I come here often for oil changes. This time my car's headlights were broken and I brought them in to have them check them out. He did a fantastic job.

Got an oil change and they found some cable wrapped up underneath that they also cut off. I appreciate it! :)

I have used this location since moving here ten years ago. They are so friendly and honest!!! As a female I have had my share of places you feel are trying to take advantage of your ignorance. Here I also know that are doing what I need not anymore. I have a high mileage automobile so it’s super to know they have my best interest in mind. Great people. Professional and quick!

The team members at this location are thorough and knowledgeable without trying to upsell. They are also super friendly and helpful. I even observed this while they interacted with other customers, giving advice and not just about something they could sell. Car and customer care are definitely the priority. I would definitely recommend this location. I have used it many times. No complaints.

I’ve been going to jiffy lubes for years and everytime they get me right ! Most respectful individuals and true to speed. Thank you to all my oil changes! And honesty with filters, wipers or even when I have a car question they give me the best answer . Truly appreciate jiffy lube! Extremely thankful for the discounts that you can use aswell on the online sites ( depending on state/ city ) the discounts make the oil changes worth it especially with inflation !

I always get quality work and great service here.The staff is friendly, quick acknowledgement they use the right oil other places put oil in your car that’s already in a plastic container(I don’t know what kind of oil I’m getting)The prices are better here believe me!!!Thank you guys and a shout out for such outstanding work especially for the manager at Jiffy lube on Kingston pike thank you!!!!!!

Great customer service, they got me in and out fast and were professional the whole time. I have taken my vehicle to the dealership in the past and it always takes them over an hour to take care of me and I was in and out of here within 15 minutes. Overall fantastic experience!
