I was in your location in Nashville on Gallatin Rd. a little before 8 am.on March 28. There were two cars ahead of me. The manager came out and promptly directed us to a bay. I discovered that the manager was on her own with three cars to service. She was a wonder! She made sure everyone was taken care of, on her own, with no help. She was a Super Star! She was friendly and professional. She even sold me wiper blades in the middle of all of the rest. I don’t know her name, but she is an asset to Jiffy-Lube! Ted

In and out in 20 minutes! They didn’t pressure me to add on extra services that were not a priority. Teacher discount didn’t hurt either!

I got an oil change and replaced my engine filter. It took longer than expected, so they hooked me up with a discount without my asking! Super nice and super appreciated.

They were very careful and thorough with their job getting our oil replaced on our Buick Encore. They worked quickly and gave me a big discount on replacing our air filter as well, which apparently really needed it, and it basically ended up just being a couple extra dollars to get that done. They also gave me a free estimate on another more expensive repair I couldn’t take care of on this visit, but at least it was good to have the heads up. Nice job everyone.

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Will, Misty , and Tiffany. They were amazing. They explained everything so it was easier for me to understand. They didn’t try to up sale or force any services on me. They were all very honest and open. I definitely will be returning because I have maintenance to complete. Overall service was good!!

I want to thank Misty, Megan, and Alex for their exceptional customer service. My car was shutting off due to what turned out to be an oil sensor issue, and they came all the way across town to help. They personally checked everything, explained what was happening, and made sure my car was safe to drive. I really appreciate their time and attention!

This location is hands down the best Jiffy Lube you can visit. Fast, attentive, they do a great job and the manger Misty is a total badass. Her team is A+
