Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 1023 GALLATIN RD S, MADISON, TN, 37115-4605

Carl was courteous and friendly and attentive to our requirements as we are traveling from west to east. He answered any questions I had and a couple before I asked them. Plus he seemed to be training a new employee and was very patient. Well done Jiffy Lube and well done Carl .

The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable! The customer service was impeccable! I didn’t know how I was going to get home b/c of what felt to there but once I arrive, they diagnosed and explained everything well with a plan in place and executed the service, the service very well! Russell was and is a very well and amazing mechanic! I can’t remember the young lady that assisted(filling in at the store) but she was amazing as well! Very good and exceptional customer service, would recommend any day(although I thought) that it would be needed… would definitely recommend this location! Amazing teamwork….I truly and gratefully appreciate the service given! Definitely a would be returning again’n

Good

The technicians are courteous and friendly and they are quick and efficient and informative. Glad they are here.

Great staff, super helpful and quick service appt

Carl’s team was great! They gave my car a thorough inspection and went over the results with me, letting me know both what was near due for replacement and what could wait until the next oil change. They even looked at my AC filter (which no other servicer had done before). Really great experience overall and will definitely return for future service!

Friendly service and quick

Great service

Pulled in here because my car said low oil on Labor Day weekend. Took care of me quickly and also while having a great attitude. One guy was rapping while changing my oil and I loved it. Keep that energy up gentleman! ??

Had a great experience with Quinn and hector! They were so funny and took care of everything I needed very well. Definitely will be back!

The staff at the Gallatin location were efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They made something as boring as an oil change actually enjoyable, and I will definitely be going back to them in the future. Shoutout to Quentis and his team!

Quality Work! Hardworking and didn't have to wait over 2 weeks like the other oil places. No appointments needed. Would recommend to anyone needing there car serviced.

Russell had me in and out in less than 30 minutes! Thank you

I had my car serviced by the "DREAM TEAM." They were very professional and knowledgeable. What I also liked was the check list of things I needed to have done in the near future. They are not pushy. They were just trying to keep me safe. I will definitely be back for more of their professional service. I had an oil change and new windshield wiper blades. My car was purring like a kitten when I left! I highly recommend their services.

Quick and easy. Dude who did my oil change was cool but the guy who handled the money part seemed like someone pissed in his Cheerios this morning lmaoo. Basically said “ here damn.” ??

Great service and fast!

Best oil change experience I have ever had. Nicest, most honest service.

never thought a saturday morning at the jiffy lube would be the ideal place to start my weekend, but the folks who work here and their wonderful service made my day and made maintenance on the car not feel like the worst chore anymore. Quin, you are a legend and people like you make the world a brighter place. Russell - you hooked it up!! Floyd, you were efficient and I trust you. thanks yall!! so thankful i chose jiffy lube yet again. this is the place to go!! if i could more than 5 stars i would.

They let me know a lot of information about my car. 120 full synthetic oil change. Checked all fluids. Quinn Floyd and Derrick are great.

Awesome fast service! Would recommend

I love that they don't try to upsell me for services I don't need. The staff is honest, friendly, and efficient

Victor, Quinn, and Will were spectacular! Great customer service with great attitudes!

the service team here are amazing and attentive. David, Floyd, and Quentis were amazing and had us in and out. There was a bit of a wait time and Quentis continuously came to check on everyone in line and kept us updated on wait times. I will definitely be returning.

Quen and Floyd were so helpful today! I needed an oil change, and they were kind and quick. Quen was funny and nice and brought me a cold water from inside too for my wait too. Thank you!

My service was great. Fast and convenient

Thank you to Quinn, Will and David for making my visit easy and low stress! They were extremely professional, hospitable and knowledgeable which made this experience very enjoyable. Highly recommend this location to anyone! :)

Both technicians were very helpful and efficient ????

David and the crew took excellent care of my care! No complaints whatsoever. My go-to for oil changes

They actually handeled my car well and the new staff is phenomenal. The new manager reassured me that he was turning it around and was so much better than my last time. I checked everything before I left. It was right and good and took a road trip the next day.

The guys who greeted me and worked on the truck were great!
