I come here for every oil change because it's usually pretty quick, in and out in no time. I'd much rather just swing in here than to do it myself. The guys do a good job, are friendly and don't haggle me.

Jiffy Lube was quick and efficient. They changed the oil and did the multipoint inspection. They also moved my car from the right lane to the left lane because the vehicle in the right bay was going to take longer to complete so I had less wait time for the oil change to be completed.

I have always been treated with respect from every single person there. They literally make me feel a part of them and what they do. Each one always has a smile on there face, it’s always yes ma’am and no ma’am, you sure don’t find that now days. I was honored last summer to buy them a case of water for all. It was hot and they work so hard. I wanted to give your employees a little something back other than a Thank You. Thank you Maryville Vaalvoline for always being #1 in my book and treating me like family and caring for my car. Great service . Quick in and out!

I went to get an oil change and didn’t realize that I had 2 break lights out and a blinker. Not only did they get me in and out they fixed everything and it was really cheap and great customer service.

Every tech was friendly and helpful and they got me right in and out with no delay.

The staff at Jiffy Lube on Whitecrest Drive in Maryville, TN could not be better. They are so informative and not pushy at all about replacing filters, etc. The work they do is top notch. Getting my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube is a pleasant experience.

This Jiffy Lube does a great job! Very prompt and attentive employees.

The oil change was fast and way less expensive than where I’ve paid at other places, I was pleasantly surprised! They also changed my cracking serpentine belt and my breaking windshield wipers which was so convenient to have it all done at the same time. Very friendly and professional staff!

Got there about 15min before closing and they didn't even bat an eye. The guys took my car and the 3 men took care of [my long over due] oil change, as well as my filters. I appreciate the fact, they showed me the filters prior to changing them. My only real complaint is regarding the cost. Oil filter, Air filter & Oil Change use to cost about half of what I paid the other day with coupons.
