I appreciate Brandon a lot for helping me last second with an oil change in my way to work. He even changed the windshield wipers and i definitely needed some new ones. But great customer service overall!

The gentlemen here were very professional. Brandon was so helpful. I’ve come to this location about 6 years ago and had a terrible experience. I’ve avoided coming back because of it. My oil was non existent and this was the closest location to me. I’m glad I came and will definitely be back. Everyone here was AMAZING! Highly recommend

I’ve heard a lot of skeptical stories about oil changes going wrong, but I have never had an issue at this Jiffy Lube (Riverdale and Winchester). Today, Brandon serviced my vehicle. He was thorough with checking different areas of my vehicle without pressuring a woman about random pricey services, yet informational. Service was speedy and was very happy with my experience. Brandon and Dimitri were so patient and kind to me. They told me what the problem was and fixed it. Although I was the last client of the day, they never acted like I was keeping them there. They were so mannerable and Godly, I enjoyed having them work on my vehicle. They were concerned with my safety when I got out of my truck to pay. It was so enjoyable dealing with these respectful young men.! God Bless Them.!
