Great customer service and quick service.

Nice guys. Easy. Reasonable prices.

The guys at Jiffy Lube were very efficient getting my truck serviced quickly. Almost no waiting time. They went over everything they did, they checked the usual fluids filters, etc. and did not pressure me for a filter or this or that. They addressed me as "sir" and were very professional. I believe I've found a new place for routine car/truck service.

These guys were so helpful and so quick with my Mercedes. I will definitely be back!

Excellent service! The young man who works the desk and details the cars is so courteous. He remembered me from my first visit and walked me through the entire process of the service.

Tyler, Ernesto and the whole team took great care of me. This is my go to spot for oil changes. They are always very hospitable, helpful and honest! They are also never too pushy with the upsell. Always a good experience at this location.

Just stopped to check fluids and all - was not ready yet for a servicing for another 2,000 miles. Did replace filter. All checked out fine. Service at this Jiffy Lube Excellent, very accommodating and nice! Thanks!

Jiffy Lubes employees have always been very kind and helpful when I go in - not to mention honest! They let me know what is needed and what I can afford to wait on. Ernesto did an amazing job with keeping me informed with my car and its issues and was INCREDIBLE throughout my visit! I highly recommend going to this location. Obviously, as with all car places, things get pricey, but its no worse than the other chains and its with fantastic service :)

Staff was super friendly and personable. Was in and out in about 20 mins. I don’t normally authorize any extra work when I go in for an oil change, but they advised I was probably past due for a manual transmission service, and they were right. I got that done as well as they didn’t try and price gouge like most places do. Kindness and honesty go a long way and for that reason this location will definitely have my future business and i live all the way in west Nashville!

Just got our oil changed 15 minutes before closing. Typically you’d think “ah, they’re going to be mad we’re pulling in now.” Not at all, the whole crew was so friendly and personable. That says a lot in my mind! Definitely coming back after this experience!
