I go here for almost everything. It's always quick and I trust them.

My daughter is a student in the area and needed an oil change plus other fluids and the technicians were so helpful. They even gave her a student discount which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for being efficient and kind.

Excellent service for my fleet vehicle every time. Exceptionally fast and probably the easiest entry and exit layout of any I’ve been to. Cali quickly navigated our fleet options and limitation in the system with ease and maxed my visit with new wipers. 10 stars more like it.

Overall, this place was good. Fast and got the job done. There was one girl trying to check out and quite literally rolled her eyes at me when I said I had a coupon…. Then tried to sell me one wiper for 39.99!!! It’s kind of disappointing to see a women try to rip off another women… another employee came in and ended up checking me out instead, he was kinder and accepted my no to the extra stuff that I didn’t want. They also took out my cabin air filter and messed up my neatly organized glove box in the process…

Everyone was courteous, respectful, and professional. Had three different things done, and I only waited about 45 minutes.I thought the price was very reasonable (with help from coupons!). Been going to Jiffy Lube several years, and I'm always happy when I leave.

Just had a fantastic experience at JL Elliston Pl. Im a big believer in the power of customer service, what it says about a teams leadership, workplace culture and integrity. Today was very cold and this location was very busy...so it would've been easy to understand stress taking it's toll and Customer Experience taking a back seat...but it didn't! Had my special 16 wt oil and rotated tires added air as needed, and filled my windshield washer fluid changed both filters for a great price . Used coupon! Was treated very nice by every person there! Good location. I had been going there many years ago with a different car, but I have moved way out and now will drive an hour out of my way to have them change my oil. Thank you.

Went in didn’t know what to expect. My car was super difficult for them being it’s a Mercedes and they make everything difficult, but they did it and even gave me a discount for a first-time customer. I highly recommend.
