Always solid and timely service!

Went in to diagnose an alert and discovered an oil leak. The staff was very thorough with the explanation and did not try to upsell any services. Deshauna was especially friendly. Excellent customer service.

I've gone to this Jiffy Lube 3 times and have had a great experience each time! The staff and mechanics are always so kind and accommodating, and as someone who knows nothing about cars, they help me understand everything! Always giving out coupons. Service always so fast.

Excellent service for my fleet vehicle every time. Exceptionally fast and probably the easiest entry and exit layout of any I’ve been to. Cali quickly navigated our fleet options and limitation in the system with ease and maxed my visit with new wipers. 10 stars more like it.

Overall, this place was good. Fast and got the job done. There was one girl trying to check out and quite literally rolled her eyes at me when I said I had a coupon…. Then tried to sell me one wiper for 39.99!!! It’s kind of disappointing to see a women try to rip off another women… another employee came in and ended up checking me out instead, he was kinder and accepted my no to the extra stuff that I didn’t want. They also took out my cabin air filter and messed up my neatly organized glove box in the process…

Everyone was courteous, respectful, and professional. Had three different things done, and I only waited about 45 minutes.I thought the price was very reasonable (with help from coupons!). Been going to Jiffy Lube several years, and I'm always happy when I leave.

Just had a fantastic experience at JL Elliston Pl. Im a big believer in the power of customer service, what it says about a teams leadership, workplace culture and integrity. Today was very cold and this location was very busy...so it would've been easy to understand stress taking it's toll and Customer Experience taking a back seat...but it didn't! EVERYONE...Misty, Dominique, and the whole crew were fast friendly and professional. Its clear that they are doing a lot of things right here. Integrity lives at JL Elliston Pl. Thanks all!
